So there are a lot of talks going on about the second season of D3 and honestly speaking its useless doing such things for the show now as it has already lost its charm and won't be able to earn it back either. I mean just think about it, its been almost 7 months since the new team has donned the creatives hat on the show and since day one all we get to watch is one track; Affiliation and Struggle for dance. We get the point that Dance being an unique career option has to struggle a lot but 7 mahine se ek hi cheez dekha ke you've made us lose interest in the show though we, both the fandoms are happy with the couples finally being one and romance being blossomed between them. But not to forget that the show is called Dil Dostii Dance so you need to explore and concentrate on the aspects of Dostii and Dance too. We previously watched 'The Musical Extravaganza' but to be honest it was 'The Musical Disaster'. As far as I remeber Kriya was supposed to help the D3 team with affiliation not be the part of it, and the musical literally showed the story of Kriya since the beginning..I mean what the hell?! No Offence to the Kriya fans, but it was wrong. Kriya had comeback to help the D3 team and now she is the part of it..Musical should have explored the journey of the Dazzlers, Weaklings, ReYam, D3 as a whole, KriYaansh, SwaRon, ShaRey and KriYam not only Kriya.
Now coming to the current D3, it has completely turned into a Saas-Bahu or rather StarPlus show with all the masala and tadka being added to it daily. Come on dude you are writing for a youth/teen show, BE CREATIVE not A COPYCAT!! I really see the Ameeta's Dil Mil Gaye in D3 nowadays. DMG got ruined as she came in and now D3's turn.
When I first heard about the second season of D3 with new faces, my first thought was ' VruShan should seriously quit'. As i am a SwaRon/VruShan, I am not aware of what ArSha/KriYaansh fans want so I won't comment. But VruShan should call it a quit. They are capable of more than this. Palki ma'am recently started her work for YHA and it was brilliant, as usual. I really wish to watch VruShan in an episodic of the series. Vrushika and Shantanu are well known faces in the Indian Television Industry and I believe that they'll get a lot better work than D3. I recently read an article where Shantanu expressed his feeling of doing movies..and trust me it would be just delightful watching him explore his acting phrase.
If the season part is being considered by the production house, I would want them to let VruShan go for better..waise bhi unhe VruShan pasand hi kahan hain toh just let them go.
Hoping to see some people agreeing to this post. No Offence to anyone. Just penned down what I really feel. Sorry if it hurted anyone's sentiments.
