Part 22

In d evening, Asad is lukn carefully @ d sketch.

"Agar ye sachmuch Gaffur Ahmed Siddiqui hua to?" asked Asad to himself. "Zoya kaise react karegi? Lekin Zoya ka sach jaanna to jaruri hi hoga na."

Zoya comes in d room.

"Ye sketch lekar kya kar rahe ho?" asked Zoya.

"Soch raha hu ki iske baare me kaise pata karu," replied Asad.

"Okay," said Zoya.

Zoya luks around d room wid a smile.

"Aap room ko dekhkar itna smile q kar rahi hai?" asked Asad.

"Qki ye room next week se mera bhi hoga," replied Zoya wid a smile.

"Achha, to ye baat hai," said Asad wid a smile, "Ye room abhi bhi aapka hai."

"Oh really?" asked Zoya wid a smile.

"Yes," replied Asad wid a smile.

Zoya then climbs on d bed n starts jumping. Asad gets shocked but smiles @ her antics.

"Agar Siddiqui Sahab hi Zoya k abbu nikle to main use kaise bataunga. Vo shaadi ko kitni khush hai," thinks Asad in tension while lukn @ Zoya jumping on his bed.

Asad goes near d bed n holds Zoya's hand bringing her down.

"Ab bas bhi karo. Humaara bed todogi kya?" asked Asad wid a laugh.

Zoya just smiles.

After dinner, Asad gets a call 4m Ayaan.

"Hello," said Asad.

"Bhaijaan, humaare ghar k ek part renovate karne k liye Mamu ne ek interior designer ko appoint kiya hai. Uska naam Haider Ahmed Siddiqui Hai. Uska age 23 years ka hai. Maine usse friendship kar li hai aur Facebook pe add kar liya hai. Maine uska Facebook profile dekha to pata chala ki uska aur Zoya k bhai ka birth date same hi hai," said Ayaan.

"Kya?" asked Asad shockingly, "Iska matlab ye bhi Zoya ka chhota bhai ho sakta hai. Ayaa, tum uske baare me aur pata lagao aur muje uska FB page k baare me batao."

"Bhaijaan, uska FB page sirf uske friends dekh sakte hai," said Ayaan.

"Zoya hai na. Vo hacking karegi Haider ka FB page," said Asad.

"Wow bhaijaan, dis is so cool," said Ayaan.

Asad did not know whether to discuss abt Zoya's abbu wid Ayaan or not.

"Ayaan, I think muje Zoya se hacking k liye nahi kehna chaahiye qki agar vo uska bhai nahi nikla to vo bahot disappoint ho jaayegi. Hume hi kuch karna chaahiye," said Asad.

"Haan bhaijaan," said Ayaan, "Kal aapki sagaai hai."
"Haan," said Asad happily.

"To aapko aaj neend hi nahi aayegi," teased Ayaan.

"Sorry," said Ayaan.

"Well, go to sleep now. Allah Hafiz," said Asad.

Next morning, Asad was in his cabin. He talking to some informer.

"Main tumse abhi milna chaahta hu," said Asad.

After some time, d informer came to his cabin.

"Iss sketch aur photo k baare me pata lagao ki kiska hai," said Asad showing him a copy of Zoya's abbu's photo which he tuk on his cell n d sketch made by him.

"Theek hai, Mr. Khan," said d informer, "Main jald se jald iss aadmi k baare me pata lagaane ki koshish karunga."

D informer went 4m d cabin. Asad then got a call 4m Zoya.

"Hello," said Asad.

"Asad, aaj humaari sagaai hai," said Zoya 4m her cabin.

Zoya was in black top n black jeans wid a black jacket.

"Haan Zoya, aaj main bahot khush hu," said Asad happily.

"Main bhi bahot khush hu, Asad. Mujse Tanveer humesha kehti thi ki muje ek din bahot achha ladka milega jab main usse kehti thi ki saare ladke ek jaise hote hai. Uski baat sach nikal gayi aur mera bachpan ka crush mera shauhar bannewala hai," said Zoya happily.

Asad felt very happy hearing wat Zoya said.

"Zoya, humaari married life bahot achhi hogi," said Asad.

"Well, main aapse baad me baat karunga," said Asad.

Asad then calls another informer.

Asad was shocked hearing dis. So, Zoya n his doubts were true n it was Zoya who has doubted it first.

D informer went 4m d cabin.

"Muje Zoya ko sab bata deta hu," said Asad.

Scene changes in Asad's bedroom wid Zoya. Zoya is lukn very hurt.

"Asad, plz keh do ki uss informer ne galat kaha hai," said Zoya.

"Zoya, yahi sach hai," said Asad.

"Allah Miya, jiske darr tha vahi hua," said Zoya tears rolling down her cheeks, "Asad, humaara doubt sahi nikal gaya. Main usi insaan ki beti hu jisne aapki aur aapke gharwaalon ki humesha beizzati ki. Asad, aaj humaari sagaai aur hume ye sab pata chal raha hai."

"Zoya, plz rona band karo. I still love u," said Asad touching her face.

"I know u still love me, Asad," said Zoya while crying, "Par sach to yahi rahega na ki main tere dushman ki badi beti hu aur tuje usi ladki se pyaar hua hai."

"Zoya, plz stop saying all these," said Asad.

He then sees Zoya feeling dizzy. He holds her face.

"Zoya, tu thik to hai?" asked Asad wid concern.

Zoya faints falling on d floor.

"Zoyaaa," cried Asad.

He sat down n touches her face.

"Zoya, plz get up. Zoya. Zoya," said Asad worriedly while patting her face.

Asad comes out his thoughts n got shocked. He was abt to call her but then he stops after thinking abt him teln Zoya abt her truth n Zoya getn hurt. Wat if wat he was thinking comes true. He recalls Zoya doubting her abbu as Gaffur Ahmed Siddiqui n fearing dat he vl start hating her n leave her if its true. He recalls Zoya lukn around his room n jumping on his bed. He recalls abt Zoya hapy wid her engagement n her words dat Tanveer said to her n how her childhood crush is going to be her husband wen he called her an hour ago.

"Nahi, muje Zoya se abhi kuch nahi kehna chaahiye. Vo humaare engagement ko lekar kitni khush. Agar abhi bata dunga to use bahot tension hoga," said Asad.

Scene shifts to SM. Haider is supervising d workers abt d renovation work. Haider sees Zingo Hotties chatting near d pool. He gets curious n goes near them. He saw them very happy n decides to know d reason.

"Tum sab itna khush q lag rahe ho?" asked Haider.

"Aaj humaare Asad bhaijaan ka engagement hai," replied Nikhat.

"Jiske baare me maine kal tujse kaha tha," said Ayaan.

"Wow, ye to bahot achhi baat hai. Who is dat lucky girl?" asked Haider.

"Zoya Farooqui," replied Nikhat, "Vo NRI hai jo US se aayi hai."

"Meri aapi bachpan me kahi kho gayi aur muje aaj tak uske baare me kuch pata nahi chala aur coincidently uska bhi naam Zoya tha," replid Haider.

Ayaan is shocked.

"Iski aapi bachpan me kho gayi hai aur uska bhi naam Zoya tha," thinks Ayaan, "Muje bhaijaan ko bataana chaahiye."

"Excuse me, muje ek call karna hai," said Ayaan n went to his room.

He calls Asad. Asad in his cabin picks up d call.

"Hello," said Asad.

"Bhaijaan, muje Haider k baare me kuch pata chala hai," said Ayaan.

"Kya pata chala hai?" asked Asad.

Ayaan tells him everything. Asad is shocked.

"Ab to muje iss Haider k baare aur pata lagaana hi padega. Maine ek informer se already keh diya hai," said Asad.

"Bhaijaan, muje aapke engagement me aane ko mann kar raha hai. Well, main aapke nikaah me jarur aaunga," said Ayaan.

"Muje bahot khushi hogi," said Asad.

"Agar muje Haider ka baare me kuch aur pata chala to main bataunga," said Ayaa.

"Theek hai," said Asad n hung up.

In d evening, Dilshad n Najma were getn Zoya ready wid her outfit, jewelleries n make-up (Zoya in same engagement outfit as d show).

"Zoya, 2day is ur 1^st step 2wards ur new life," said Dilshad wid a smile, "I mean to say ur life vl be as it is now but u r soon going to be a married woman."

"Bhaijaan vl faint 2day seeing u," teased Najma.

Dilshad n Najma also laughs.

Scene shifts to Asad's room. He is getn ready (He is in d same outfit as d show). Dilshad comes in his room.

"Mashallah! U r lukn very handsome," praised Dilshad.

"Ammi, how is Zoya lukn?" asked Asad.

"She is lukn very beautiful. U sud see urself," replied Dilshad wid a smile.

Scene shifts to d hall. Dilshad, Najma, Asad n Zoya r in d hall along wid some guests. Asad is mesmerized seeing Zoya before him. He takes put her hand n puts d ring on it. Everyone claps. Zoya smiles. She takes out Asad's hand n puts d ring on him. Everyone claps again. Asad smiles. Asad n Zoya smiles @ each other. Dilshad n Najma also smiles.

"Tum dono ko sagaai mubarak ho," said Dilshad wid a smile.

Asad n Zoya smiles @ her.

"Ammi, inn dono ko akele me thoda baat karna chaahiye," said Najma wid a smile.

"U r right, Najma. Tum dono garden me jaakar baat kar lo," said Dilshad wid a smile.

Asad n Zoya smiles n goes 4m there. They r walking in d garden. Both r smiling while holding each other's hands.

"Zoya, aap finally meri aadhi biwi ban chuki hai," said Asad wid a smile.

"Next week, poori biwi ban jaaungi," said Zoya wid a smile.

"Isi ka to muje intezaar hai," said Asad wid a smile.

"Aur kis kis cheez ka intezaar hai?" asked Zoya wid a smile.

"Who actually," replied Asad.

"Teri gaadi woh actually pe hi q atak jaati hai?" asked Zoya wid a laugh.

"Suhaagraat ka," replied Asad suddenly.

He got shocked @ wat he said. Zoya too got shocked but laughed.

"Tuje to maine seedha saadha samjha tha. Muje pata nahi tha ki tere dimaag me ye sab chalta hai," said Zoya wid a laugh.

Asad's eyes became wide.

"Main ye sab sirf humaara nikaah tay hone k baad hi sochne laga. I swear. Plz, muje maarna mat," said Asad in a scared voice.

Zoya laughed aloud.

"Asad, main tuje iss baat k liye q maarungi. Main tuje boring samajhti thi par tu to ekdum badmaash nikla," said Zoya wid a laugh.

"Dheere dheere tuje samjh me aa hi jaayga ki main kitna boring hu aur kitna badmaash hu," said Asad wid a smile.

"Well, vo baad me dekh lenge hum dono. Asad, aapko kuch pata chala mere abbu k baare me?" asked Zoya.

Asad gets shocked.

"Zoya se sach kahunga to vo toot jaayegi," thinks Asad in tension.

"Zoya, abhi kuch nahi pata chala hai," said Asad.

"Okay," said Zoya.

"Main Zoya se ye sab baad me hi keh dunga," thinks Asad.

He feels hurt seeing Zoya very happy thinking how she vl feel if he tells her d truth now.

#On their Jashn-e-Bahar day, Zoya tells Ayaan dat she wants to see his house. Ayaan agrees to show her wen elders except Badi Bi r not in d house. #Zoya waits near SM for Gaffur n his wife. Outside d house, Rashid tells Gaffur n Razia dat he want to attend Asad's nikaah. They agree but tells him not to think of reuniting wid Dilshad, Asad n Najma otherwise he vl be in jail for killing a woman. Rashid gets tensed n goes 4m there. After he goes, GaZia laughs n talks sumthn for sometime. Zoya who was listening to their convo was actually recording dat in her I-Pad wid tears in her eyes.

#Zoya arrives in KV in d evening lukn very unhappy. Wen Asad n Dilshad asks her wats d matter, she shows them d recording on her I-Pad n goes to her room. Asad, Najma n Dilshad sees d recording n gets shocked. They goes in Zoya's room n sees her silent.

Zoya cries while standing under d shower thinking abt GaZia's convo. After showering, she changes into a jumpsuit n sits on her bed. Asad enters her room. He feels hurt seeing her like dis. He knocks on d door to get her attention. Zoya gets startled.

"Zoya, thode der me humaara Jashn-e-Saugat hai. Aap plz jaldi se ready ho jaaiye," said Asad wid a smile.

Zoya just nods widout uttering a word. Asad is hurt to see Zoya quiet. He leaves while Dilshad n Najma enters to get Zoya ready.

During Jashn-e-Saugat remains quiet hardly speaking to anyone. After Jashn-e-Saugat, she goes to her room n breaks down.

During d dinner, all r worried cuz Zoya is not cumn for dinner. Najma goes to call her n is shocked to see Zoya lying on d floor unconscious wid a bottle of sleeping pills in her hand.

"Ammi, bhaijaan, plz come fast," shouts Najma.

Asad n Dilshad r also shocked wen they came to her room. Zoya is saved by them as they immediately call d doctor. Zoya is still unconscious after d doctor leaves.

"Why is Zoya suffering d punishment of those people's crime?" asked Najma while crying.

Asad is angry seeing Zoya in dis state cuz of those people. He goes near Zoya n caresses her cheeks wid tears in his eyes.

After some time, Zoya regains consciousness. She is shocked to find herself alive. Asad, Najma n Dilshad r relieved to see her conscious. Dilshad tells her to hv dinner n also medicines after dat.

Next day, Zoya is walking n her room in a short floral dress. She thinks abt d convo of GaZia n gets hurt. She takes a knife 4m d fruit bowl n brings it near her wrist.

"Zoyaaa," she hears Asad shouting 4m behind.

She gets startled n turns around. He is standing wid some food for her. Asad keeps d food on a table n stands before Zoya. He is staring @ her angrily.

"Zoya, wat d hell u were going to do?" asked Asad furiously.

"Asad, I can't live wid d fact abt how my abbu is n how he ruined ur family. Its better for me to die than to live a life of being a murderer's daughter," replied Zoya.

Asad gets more angry. He takes d knife 4m her hand n throws it away. He then caught her wrist n twisted it tightly behind her while spinning her around.

"Do u even know wat u r talking?" asked Asad angrily, "I can't believe u can be so stupid."

"Asad, muje dard ho raha hai," said Zoya in pain trying to free herself.

Zoya was shocked as he never behaved wid her so roughly. She cud not free herself due to weakness. Asad leaves her hand roughly. He takes her cell phone 4m her bed.

"Muje aapke gharwaalon ko sab bata dena chaahiye. Unhe bhi to pata chalna chaahiye ki unki pyaari Zoya kya kya kar rahi hai," said Asad angrily.

Zoya turns around n sees Asad wid her cell.

"Asad, unhe kuch mat batao. Vo pareshaan ho jaayenge," said Zoya.

"Ye sab aap ab soch rahi hai. Aapne ye tab nahi socha jab aapne 2 baar suicide attempt karke bewakoofi ki," said Asad angrily.

Zoya tries to take her cell 4m his hand but he pushes her on her bed.

"Main aapke family ko sab bata dunga aur aap muje nahi rok paayengi," said angrily n turns to go 4m her.

"Asad plz, don't tell them anything. I am sorry," said Zoya wid tears in her eyes.

"Shut up, they r ur family n they sud know everything," said Asad firmly.

"Asad, I am sorry," said Zoya while crying.

Asad ignored her n did not turned around while walking 2wards d door. Zoya got up 4m her bed n went behind him. Before she cud follow him outside d room, he locks her in her room.

"Aapke family se baat karne k baad hi main darwaaza kholunga," said Asad.

"Asad, plz muje maaf kar do. Plz, meri family se kuch mat kaho," pleads Zoya while crying.

"Asad, plz muje maaf kar do. Plz, open d door," begs Zoya n bangs on d door.

Asad just stands outside her room angrily while she keeps on crying, apologizing, pleading n banging d door. He feels hurt hearing her crying n begging. Dilshad n Najma comes outside Zoya's room n hears Zoya's crying. They see her door is locked n Asad is lukn angry.

"Asad, Zoya tumhaari honewaali biwi hai aur uski tabeeyat thik nahi hai. Tum uske saath aisa q kar rahe ho?" asked Dilshad.

"Ammi, aap jaanti nahi hai aapki laadli Zoya kya karne jaa rahi thi," replied Asad angrily.

Dilshad n Najma r shocked n clueless wid his reply.
