Bappa is enraged and he does not want to let things lie. He has lost face. What will people of the world think of him? He is the remover of all obstacles , but now thanks to Dumbla, his life has itself become one big obstacle. He has to save his reputation. When he has chosen Ragna and has also witnessed the maang me sindoor, how can anyone do the contrary?
He calls up Vithoba and asks,"mamoo, aapne yeh kya kar diya? Why did you contradict my opinion?"
Vithoba tells him, " no bappa. I did not contradict anything. I just threw down the flower so that she would leave my premises asap. Did you not see what a melodrama she was creating? I get thosands of devotees everyday...so many of them do parikramas on an empty stomach, in fact some do even up to a thousand. But no none brings prayer to a halt. They quietly go about their Work. But did you see the way she had got all the devotees cheering her on? Felt she was going on a walking race? They actually forgot about me and were concerned about her, lifting her and giving her water. I was irritated and so I just sent her away with conch and box. By the way, nobody checked the box...it was empty...they all just presumed it has sindoor."
