Part 1
Sanam says i felt like Badi Begum needs someone to stay with her and talk to her! Ahil says fantastic.. u meet her one time and u think u know her more than us.. her family? U wont meet her anymore! Tanveer says she is our elder and we are taking gud care of her ..but all this is decided by a doc for her..! She doesnt want anyone to come near her.. and tries to hit them and even hurt herself! I know that locking someone up is worse than an animal .. cant act like an enemy with her but what to do.. her love compels us! Tanveer says i did all this for my kids sake..! She says i dun want Badi Begum to hurt herself or my kids! Sanam says Dilshad says at this stage.. people need company ...and since all are busy i thought to take care of her! Rehaan agrees with her and says Badi Begum is getting sicker so we can try something else! Ahil fumes on him and says are u crazy? Do u know what ur saying? Rehaan says despite us being here.. Sanam tried to save Badi Begum and this house! Tanveer says Rehaan is right ..we cant thank Sanam enough ..! Ahil is taken aback ..and says my friend Virat saved Badi Begum! Rehaan says .. Sanam saved her.. and we should give her one chance! Ahil starts to pace ..! Nazia too supports Sanam..! Tanveer fumes! Latif too agrees ..! Rehaan says we can take opinion of some specialist too! Ahil thinks about it and agrees finally ..! Tanveer is worried that if doc sees Badi Begum ..they will figure that she is being made sicker! Tanveer says no need to call specialist. .but if u all think Sanam is right for Badi Begum ..lets do it..! Ahil hesitates. .! Tanveer says nothing wrong in trying! Tanveer wishes Sanam gud luck! Sanam thanks her! Tanveer walks off from there! Ahil glares at Sanam .. who walks off ..!
Haya is drying clothes and notices Rahat play the mouth-organ and is lost in him! Munisa comes and asks Haya why she is taking so much time? She tells Haya to hurry & then go wash utensils..! Haya ends up hurting her finger and Rahat thinks of rushing to help her but stops himself recollecting Munisas warning..!
Sanam comes in Badi Begums room and applies lape on Badi Begums feet..! She rues that God gave Badi Begum all ..but made her dependent on everyone for everything ..! She prays that may Lord never show anyone such a fate..! Sanam walks off and Tanveer watches her..! Azhars parents bitch that if Sanam takes care of Badi Begum like this.. she will be well soon! They ask Tanveer why she allowed Sanam to take care of Badi Begum? They argue that we dunno why Tanveer allowed her! Tanveer says a bird cant fly without wings and a person without brains cant think ..so simply do as told...! Tanveer says .. no matter how hard Sanam tries.. this bad fate on Badi Begum is not gonna get wiped off.. have kept Badi Begum sick for 12 years..! Tanveer says it wont take time for me to make Sanam dance on my tunes..! She is too simple!

Next day morning, Ahil is yapping with someone on phone and says u havent changed ..and neither have i! Ahil says no one can take ur place.. u will always be my best buddy! Ahil is yapping on phone and notices Tanveer so cuts the call..! She asks Neda? Ur new g.f? Ahil says no..she was my childhood friend! Tanveer says ..i want u to get married! Ahil says she is not my g.f! Tanveer says.. what will people say? I din think of ur marriage ..? After all am step mom! Ahil says dun say such things... marriage is not my cup of tea! Tanveer asks what if i choose someone for u? Ahil says ... u know i cant refuse u. .but u wont force me to do things i dun want! Tanveer says fine.. n says only few days .. to Azhars wedding. .want u to be part of all rituals..! Tonite is Dawat-e-Saugat.. get ready and attend it in time! Ahil says will try! Tanveer asks .. where are u off to? Ahil says to airport to receive Neda! Sanam comes and Ahil gets diverted..! Tanveer asks whats the matter? Ahil says nothing .. leaving! Tanveer says ... Sanam is here? Ahil says u recognize movement too? Tanveer says.. no .. ur voice changed seeing her..! Never seen u change so much! Ahil fumes.. no ..! Tanveer says.. just one thing. .keep ur friends close and ur enemies closer! Ahil asks u dun like her either? Tanveer says.. just trying to understand her... and self thot. also thinking how to keep her away from Badi Begum!
Part 3
Sanam spots a bottle of Dilshads meds and thinks that she needs these meds..! She is about to go to take permission from Tanveer to give them to Dilshad..and tells her the same! Tanveer says its time for Badi Begums dinner and meds..! Sanam says will tell Latif! Tanveer says.. he has gone out and i cant help her! Also u offered to help her urself! Sanam hesitates! Tanveer says.. u wanna go.. then go.. but come back soon! Sanam says no . i better stay here.. ! Tanveer tells Sanam to give her the meds to go give it to Dilshad! Sanam says no need.. i will go myself..! Tanveer says i cant take care of Badi Begum but can surely take these meds to Dilshad! Sanam gives it to her and goes to Badi Begum! Azhars mom comes and Tanveer asks did as i told u? She says yes..! Have given Sanam the meds for Badi Begum but she doesnt know that these meds will make Badi Begum even more sick! Tanveer says .. the moment Sanam will feed the meds to Badi Begum ..! Sanam comes with tray of food and juice with meds..!
Precap -- Sanam feeds meds to Badi Begum and as soon as she turns to leave, Badi Begum gets sick! Munisa opens the door and notices Tanveer and is taken aback! Dilshad wakes up and looks at a pic of AsYa!
