Change of DP For KAS *DT Reply P1*

So profile picture updates need to b done in the forum of the actor's current show; which would mean D3 in the case of KAS. This also needs to be done keeping the section DT in the loop as they'd be the ones who'd finally liase with the technical DT once the picture has been selected.
