I agree his entry will create a shortcut for the end of the already dying EMA, they can then continue the show with the so called actual cast of the Kapoors & Jadhavs (sans Kalpi ofcourse)

He will deffinitly support Ra..khi because his sister is married to Rags and she owns half of what he owns and maybe he will get dumbo to get some of Rags money for himself
