I think badi begam is Ahils grandmother. She has been kept like this with some medications by tanveer. As we know tanveer is a trained nurse.

Tanveer married nawab Saab and killed him, jail story all these things are know by badi begam. So that is why she is house arrested.

thats wat i think!!
i think she knows many secrets thats y tanveer has hid her...
but y the hell is aahil supporting tanveer in this situation..
and i was shocked that the whole housee knows that who lives in the neeli kotri.. then they could have told sanam as well.. ajeeb it was... like seriouslyy.. hadd ho gaii haii...!!
