Will Power Boys outshine the Power Girls tonight?
They came, they sang and they won over the judges! The 14 young girls gave their power packed performances on national television for the first time ever. The first Piano Round, on Friday June 1, had a lot of entertainment, interaction, involvement and enjoyment. The audiences have got a taste of their emotional journey and the girls eagerly await the results today!
Now it's the turn of the boys! The 14 youngsters are literally going through anxiety spells with each of them putting more hours of rehearsals and practice. While the boys are working hard and round-theclock to outshine the girls. Their families back home are all anxiously waiting to watch their performances tonight. There are a few, like the cool cop Prashant from Kolkata, whose colleagues are busy doing everything they can to ensure that their buddy makes it to the Top 10. Back in Kolkata, his colleagues are promoting him in a big way — anything to make their 'friendly cop' the next Indian Idol!
While Chang cheered for his Theatre Round partner Charu and thought she was brilliant in her rendering of 'dil ko hazar bar roka roka' he also got equally charged up and challenged that the boys will overtake the girls — 'humara muqabla jamke rahega'. While most of them are all excited to perform for the first time in front of millions of viewers, both in India and overseas. Will they win over the judges who are studying them under the microscope?
Will the boys live up to their open challenge? Or will the 'kudiyon ka karishma' leave a lasting impression?
