Agree!! Well one of the suspect is shehnaaz. But my doubt on this is that doesnt shehnaaz know that her mom is alive. Since in letter chand begum was mentioned n if shenu wrote letter then y instead of searching her mom she is searching for takht ka farmaan?? So it can b chand begum's well wisher in cave that helped her out.

This was definitely sent by Shehnaaz - but I will hold my horses before concluding on who she is.

As for the promo - my Q is - If Shehnaaz is CB's lost daughter then she is operating alone - toh yeh net waala kidnap cannot come from her as it would need man, money and material.

As for Shehnaaz being Humayun's lost daughter - she is talking of taking the throne and end the Mughal Sultanate - but even she is a part of the Mughal Sultanate if she is Humayun's daughter.
