Shows to be aired on Zindagi and discussions related to it!!

Hello friends,

I am an old IFian but a fresh entrant to this forum!

I got to know a few days back that Zee Networks would be launching a new channel Zindagi which would air some Pakistani shows.

This idea has excited me quite a lot since, despite being an Indian, I am quite an admirer of Pakistani art and have been watching a lot of shows including Coke Studio on youtube.

I checked out the Zindagi website here and these are the shows airing or will be aired soon on Zindagi which launches on 23rd June. (Links for show promos added too)

Lets discuss the shows and promos here till we have a dedicated forum for them.

Both our Indian and Pakistani friends who have or have not already seen the shows are invited.

I am happy too.i am a big fan of pakistaani draamas.my favorite are zindagi gulzaar hai, akbari asghari, humsafar,aunnzarra, dur-e-shahwar, dastaan.they are airing zindagi gulzaar hai and aunnzarra from the very first dayand also showing promos of dastaan and dur-e-shahwar.I hope they also telecast dolly ki ayegi barat, taake ki ayegi barat, ainy ki ayegi barat, bilqis kaur in future.

Did I miss dastaan too?

I am getting Zindagi test signal at my cable connection and all the promo links I attached are the ones being aired

Looks like Daastaan promo is yet to be shown!

But glad that this one's included too!!!

I also saw a promo of a show about a mom-daughter duo. The promo is not listed on Zindagi's youtube channel.

Daughter's marriage is on the rocks and mom gives her advice.

The daughter asks her not to compare her own idealistic situation with her mess and that her husband and in-laws are not as good as her father and family are.

Then the mom narrates her tale of compromises and adjustments made to fit in the family.

I have not seen that show, could anyone tell me the name?

actually they are showing some scenes from dastaan not the proper promo, but it means they will telecast that too, and you are talking about dur-e-shahwar , a beautiful drama.another good drama is 'Maat', they are also showing scenes from it, you should watch it too.
