The meaning of Rimjhim

There is no such name of Rimjhim that I EVER heard before, plz tell me what does the name "RIMJHIM" means?

please let me know asap.

I have never heard "rimjhim" name in real life, but its meaning is nice. I dont know exactly how to explain but its raining but not pouring its like just few showers... remember that song "rimjhim gire sawan...sulag sulag jaye hun ..bhige aaj in naino main ...phir kaisi yeh agan...!" 😉 basically it means "raining" that's why probably they came up with her daughter's name as "megha" 😛 hope this helps!

Rimjhim means "Halki halki barish ki bunde" light drops of rain, not heavy rain. There is one more song - "Jhil-mil sitron ka aangan hoga, Rimjhim barsata sawaan hoga, aisa sunder sapna, apna jeevan hoga" picturised on Dharmendra and I think Rakhi. 😊

There is one song in - 1942 A love story too. 😳
