Is nithya being played by the same actress who plays Durga?

Nithya is a bit chubby where as Durga is fit & slim.

I know that nithya damaged her face during her accident & she had undergone a plastic surgery.

There is similarities between nitya's face & durga's face. I mean features have some resemblance. But as I said nithya is a bit chubby & plumpy where as Durga is fit & slim.

Nitya is played by Aditi Sajwan. Durga is played by Sanjeeda Sheikh. Durga is meant to be the new, reformed Nitya. You see, Nitya (Aditi) met up with an accident which led to herself injuring herself brutally. This is because, Sakshi sent some goons over to murder Nitya. Dr. Dayal accidentally drove into Nitya and she became unconscious. The goons believed Nitya to be dead, so they informed the news regarding Nitya's ''death'' to the Goenka's. Dr. Dayal took Nitya to a hospital where they had to do plastic surgery on her entire face as it was unrecognisable. Hence, Nitya had transformed into a brand new girl, a new identity, whose name is, Durga. Nitya is Payal's sister. Now, Nitya is Durga. With this new face, she wishes to seek justice and revenge against all those, who made Payal suffer and who went against Payal in the case.
