Real life ever spoiled movies for you?

Has real life behaviour or interviews of a star ever spoiled fun and conviction of watching their movies for you?
I had this image of a happy go lucky guy Govinda in my mind thanks to those 90s movies. But ever since I watched that news report of him slapping a fan I no longer enjoy watching those movies as much as I used to.

Has similar thing happened with you?

Earlier I would completely believe the universe of a film while watching it. Now it is only bunch of actors mouthing lines.

Hmm Salman - all his off-screen antics were such a put-off. Combine that with his fan-base on IF, I completely avoided his films. Now that I've gotten over it, he hasn't made anything good for me to actually go and watch it.

Yes..The one and only Mr. Salman Khan..I used to like him in the earlier Barjatiya movies and HDDCS is one of my favourites till date..But that was back in 90's..before the infamous deeds that he did..😆Never liked him after that..And now his trying so hard pretending to be a genuine and kind hearted man with his "Being Human" drama puts me off more..Completely Unbearable..🤢

He is the only one whose antics brought his position from THE favourite⭐️ to THE worst !!🥱
Though it's not the case with others mostly.

I like when stars are dynamic in interviews and shows and stuff but that's about all I go to offscreen.

But hell no. I pay to watch movies and the characters in it... they need to entertain me or engage me... I may not like someone offscreen but if they release a movie and it's a good story or I'm attracted to it for some reason then I'll go see the film and I'll even praise it if it's worthy. Why should I let real life spoil a movie for me? Especially if it's a good one. 😊

I do not like Priyanka Chopra so much but that hasn't stopped me from watching 7 Khoon Maaf, Kaminey, Anjaana Anjaani etc. and I bet I'll be going to the theatres to watch Mary Kom this year 😆

Same. WUS is a film I can watch again and again and again. IMO, one of the most well-made films in recent time ❤️
