Karan Singh Grover, who shot to fame after playing the legen-waitforit-dary Dr Armaan Malik is in news again, for reasons uncalled. The heartthrob, who has millions bowing down not only because of his acting potential but also for the love he garners for his fans, is now being falsely blamed for being indifferent towards their feelings. It all started wen the actor decided to quit the show he had been playing the lead since the past one year- Qubool Hai. Grover had left due to personal reasons and all had been well for him until the Channel Head wrongly accused him for being unprofessional on the set. Reaching the sets drunk, not being punctual and throwing tantrums, etc were a few allegations put on Grover which were later proved false not only by his co-actors but also the show's ex-director.
Then came the highpoint, where a few segment of people demanded that Grover came back, and be paired with Surbhi Jyoti. Apparently, Grover has refused to rejoin as an actor, but he is very much a part of the show as a producer. Grover has recently joined the 4 Lions production house under which Qubool Hai is being produced. Another actor then took the opportunity to play the infamous Asad Ahmed Khan. He was appreciated by some, and some had now just quit the show along with Grover. All said and done, the show was suffering majorly with Trps hitting the bottom line day after day. A few fans still fought for Grover to come back, while the others rejoiced his decision to leave. The situation only deteriorated and the inevitable had to be done, a leap was planned for the show where most of the old faces quit.
Through out this time, Grover's fans, knowing the guy so well, showed their support to him through the use of social media like Facebook n Trending on Twitter in his favour. The chain of hate mails to the channel also gained its momentum. Simultaneously the audiences were divided into those who wanted him back, and those who supported him in his decision to quit. What agonizes people is that they wanted to see him back with Jyoti onscreen, and being a producer doesn't fulfill this wish. But calling the actor egoist and uncaring for his fans is not the plausible option, neither is bashing his wife. Grover & Jyoti were no doubt an excellent team, but times change, and something needs to be set free. The duo never promised anything except Asya, and while they were at it, they did a commendable job. But now everyone has moved on, so should the fans, fans of anyone and everyone. All this uncalled bashing, no one deserves it, and Grove, not in the least. It's high time let people let bygones be bygones and look forward to wat their favourites have enstored for them.
