If you are an ardent fan of the show and its characters/actors, and LOVED the Maha Episode, please don't read any further because it might dampen your spirits. I am not making this post to spread the negativity, just venting out my frustration as I have no one to share with.
Since Thursday, each and every episode including today's episode is just bullsh**. Dialogues, execution, performance everything is lackluster.
So many tracks running in parallel, so many vamps plotting against Jalal-Jo, and to top that missing romance between the leads is driving me insane.
I LOVE THIS SHOW, and it is sad to see what they are making this now. They could just go by history and continue with some powerful political angle, war sequences and then add the vamps for harem politics OR show active romantic track with sensual dialogues and chemistry, scenes between the leads.
Romance: I got so tired of the romance.I am not asking for kisses or any skin show, at least create scenarios like after SR morning, playing games and getting physically attracted during that, Ja-jo bathing scene where Ja calls for jo and embarrses her, both going for boat ride. Adding some intense moments during these shots will get that feel good factor.
Today's Jodha's expressions when Jalal was shouting at everyone for ruqs was so stupid. She was acting so dumb.
Paridhi please be a sport and take up the challenge of jodha and get ready for some"real romance". I am tired of this "Fake romance". Look at how Lavina hugs Rajat, and when they are together, there are no long shots, or awkwardness. Just too sad to see an able and beautiful actress like Pari not doing justice to this show. I understand her limitations but what about these minimum expectations that audience has.
Today Rajat, was also not convincing I thought he was tired of doing romance and being emotional. How much can a actor like him take the stupid tracks.
I only watch this show for him and the story. Now the story went down the drain, romance is already buried deep down, and once he loses it then that the end of the show for me.
P.S:
The scene where Jalal tells jodha that he can't read, Rajat expressions were fantastic. I loved loved it when he said god gave him memory and his facial expressions and body language was top notch. But the whole shot was not executed well, could have taken this to another level, show some emotions added to it and beautiful dialogues. But Pari expressions came across fake.
Scenes like these could be done so nicely but they are rushing through them where as Ruqs plotting are so elaborated.
My own personal mood, life is getting affected by feeling sad for my most favorite show only show that i watch, which is Jodha akbar. RIP my fav show😭
