Dev reaches a chaul and remembers that nitya lived there. He meets a broker and asks for the key, Dev remembers how nitya took care of him, and how he told him that her baba bought this house after so many years and she wanted him to see this house first. Broker tells him that the property is not good, this house is not good. The girla living here were characterless. They chalanged goenka's. The broker says the elder sister used to eye on rich gaus her name was payal. Dev slaps him. He says when you dont know about someone dont put aligations on them. Dev gives him his commisisons and ask him to leave. The broker says and what about this slap. Dev sys how much you want he says 10k, shaurya slaps him 5 times and gives him 50k. The broker goes and from the balcony dev says dont try to says somthing about the poepel who lived here. And them he remembers how he fought for nitya when he first came here. He goes inside the house and stands in front of her photograph.

Dev is standing in front of nitya's photo and remembers how she said that he will be always there for her and will help her in hard times and also that she said him to that he is her true friend. Dev is going but he hears nitya. He turns and sees her. She is saying I waited for you dev, the time I needed you, you was not here for me, you betrayed me dev... And she dissappears. Dev says to her photograph that I havnt betrayed you nitya but I promise you that I will find the truth behind all this. Dev enters goenka house and shaurya is shocked to see him there.
