Pari has seen ankita's behavior all these days. Her desperation at naren's condition, her love for naren, the good things she told pari about her marriage, how happy she and naren are- everything. Pari has seen ankita getting dejected and hurt whenever naren kissed pari or hugged her. She has seen it all, why only pari, archana, shekhar, everyone has seen it all. Ankita even confided in shekhar about being very nervous abt losing naren now that pari is back. Shekhar knows how much ankita has done at every step for naren, risked her life, tolerated his family's taunts, even got back her rapist brother in law at one point for naren's sake. Even after this, if suddenly all of them believe ankita when she makes a sudden u turn and says that 'oh it was a contract marriage and i did it for money' then i wud definitely call all of them foolish. This is just as foolish as ankita blindly accepting everything rushali says, when she vry well knows rushali had serious issues with her and wanted to throw her out.
As for your other argument, i have already said regarding it that ankita is being foolish, but it doesnt look like her intentions are bad- she doesnt wish to hurt pari, her act is probably one out of desperation to see naren alive and loss of hope that naren will ever return anyway (u urself said and she too accepted that naren loved only ahana not her) otherwuse which woman wud do this to her child??? Unlike the viewers who can predict that ultimately pari will be hurt and naren will return to anki, in the current scenario, she is the one who thinks it's a gone case and she's loses everything, she probably has nil expectations of naren returning to her with even the doctor advisinf her not to stress naren out eith past events. Thats why i said, she is being foolish, yes. But her intentions towards pari are not wrong as she probably thinks naren needs pari and there is little hope of him returning to her anyway. she probably will go away from narens life now, like purvi went away from ovi-arjun's. though yes, the result of this foolish act might end up being even worse, as the history of pr tells us.
