Your take on the song sequences is just like you read my mind. I was thinkin the same thing that the choreographer for this show must be someone new or if not...this person has really got some fresh and good ideas. I found myself comparing the songs sequences of Robbie and Angad and (don't hate me for saying this) found Robbie's better (strictly in terms of the way the video is integrated). And omg does Robbie look sizzling in red. Aaj raat ko need nahi aayegi yaar.

I don't agree tho about the confession scene. I think Kasturi needs to improve a lot if she wants to complement Karan's acting. But did like the fact that she hugged him without sayin anything and dey stayed like that for so long.

Now i think that Purushottam will probably support R-K relationship if he finds out. I still can't tell if Ronak's parents are good or bad...but Devika's dislike for them seems to be the problem between the husband and wife so far...and the fact that Purushottam want's Devika to release her grip on their son and let him live his life. So considering all this...Robbies father seems to be the good guy and Devika seems to be the over possessive mom. But i'll not come to a complete judgement just yet.

Thanx for ur analysis...its always great.

Hey Jinc, thank you for liking the analysis. I do agree with you, Kasturi's choreographer/camera persons/directors definitely do a fantastic job. Quite youthful and catchy ideas they have for these song sequences. I remember Angad's concerts -- sometimes they used old scenes and incorporated them into the concerts, the audience was shown more, and Angad didn't lip sing as much as Robbie did -- so in that sense I agree the way the songs are picturized on Robbie and his concerts are executed better. same here -- *some nice dreams coming my way tonight* *sigh*

In comparison to Karan's acting, yes her acting slides down big time, on her own, I think she isn't that bad like when she was having a face off with Alka chachi. Hmm...you could be right...him mentioning to Devika -- to allow Robbie to lead his own life -- perhaps indicates he isn't so bad after all and would support R-K...but something is still missing...I'd like to know the secret behind their differences, Devika's detest for Purshotam and vice versa..You know what's more confusing is that Devika kind of seems to showcase as if Robbie is her only child/blame it on the dialogue writers...she talks of her love of Robbie yet not of her daughter as much? Her daughter seems to be in a love marriage -- why/how did she allow that to happen, when she is dead against Robbie falling in love, weakening and that affecting his career? Nikkhil definitely isn't a millionaire, if he was he wouldn't be living in their house (As Devika wants Robbie to move out of the house as well -- when he's married) And also, Nikkhil seems to detest the fact that Devika gives donations to charities and all as shown in the beginning of the show. I guess some questions will only be answered later on, hopefully it will be cleared out soon. I loved reading your thoughts.

I havent seen the episode yet soni but loved the analysis hun!! ~

They used "Tere Bin" song?? I freakin used it a few days back for my Video mix on R-K... Damn!! Small world eh~ Have to see how they executed it.. The amateur director in me is all curious now ~

Love, Sana~

Thanks for liking the analysis Sana. Yup, they used "tere bin" . I do remember you using it for one of your video mixes and it was amazing. I'm sure you won't be dissapointed with the execution -- definitely lives upto the mitwa standards and in some areas even better in terms of angles, lights etc etc. Even the "bheegi bheegi si" one (even though not quite fan of the song) was also orchestrated well -- especially the way they blend scenes of the dancers and Robbie's anguish and pain is lovely. Do watch it -- truly is fabulous!

I loved everything about his performance today!1 Everything he did, right down to th way he siad specific words in a sentance, was PERFECT! I found myself completly engrossed in the performance(Until i realized i was guawking and had to straighten my face) and i feel like im loving him more and more every time i watch him!!!

Ooh, I agree with you -- Robbie's new hair cuts really suit him -- he looks great in shorter hair. Same here, he makes me love him all the more with each passing episode.

And yeah i do feel like everythings happening WAY to fast for my taste i mean im glad that it's not lagging or tqaking many episodes for one scen but i wish they'd slow down and give us some time to smell the freash air..instead of rushing into a love-story thats's begun to mean so much to all of us....i think thwey should be handling this with more delecay instead of just experimenting the fast-forward options......i loved todays scene though! ANd the song and flashbacks were all AWESOME! .......after todays episode im seriously getting suspicious of Devika though i hope she does'nt ruine everything for our Robbie!!

I too hope Devika doesn't ruin everything when she finds out about R-K somehow it seems inevitable -- with such a rage at just the mention of robbie falling in love with girl that is not of her choice -- her reaction to R-K's relationship -- is surely going to impact some things.

Soni, WORD to your analysis! And you conveyed so much better than I could regarding the episode cause my thoughts all over the place...LOL They were fabulous together and when he told her to listen to her heart, I'm all EEEEEE! I have to admit, I wasn't all rah rah when I first saw the character of Robbie. But as the story progresses, Karan Patel has made me a fan of his because the way he emotes especially with his eyes...damn and of course, a little Mitwa never hurts. Also, I completely agree that the scene itself was perfect and you know what, I'm glad it wasn't one of those typical romantic scenes. Cold, snow, some blood and of course, stuck in the middle of nowhere, such fabulousness.

Aww...thank you skylar for your wonderful comments. *goes tomato red all over again* I so agree, most of us have eaten our words when it comes to Robbie, I too wasn't keen on seeing him as the lead protoganist -- but today I wonder why I ever thought that. He definitely is in a good position to be nominated for best actor/newcomer and hopefully he will win it. (well would've liked Sharad to win it, but BT seems to bag most of the awards) Yea, that's the best part of it -- it wasn't a beautifully decorated scene, yet the scene/content was beautiful, endearing and sizzling.

Can I just say that it's been awhile since I have EEEEed over a couple...such a nice feeling. Although, I'm not sure where the track is going, I'm going to enjoy the moments.

awww..it is a nice feeling, but sometimes you think you've totally lost it and kick yourself for always thinking about them lol. But aah, me too do want to enjoy the moments and hopefully these moments will not move so fast -- and we will get some good doses of R-K moments before our screens are flooded with tears. Oh, how it upsets to even say that -- but as in shows where there are good moments, there are bad ones as well..

Oh my gosh, YES! He needs to wear that colour more often. That entire look on today's show, they need to it more often. He looked damn good and this comes from someone who thought he was, at best, average looking during his entry. A little Mitwa, Tere Bin and Bheegi Bheegi and I don't know which sequence was better because they were all done fantastically well.

same here -- I really can't seem to choose which song sequence was better --- they all were terrific -- and If this continues to go on -- this director deserves best director. He brings out the best in scenes. In tere bin, I loved how they concentrated on his face from the side -- was such a nice shot and then in bheegi bheegi, the way the dancers blended into the song with Robbie in the center and flashbacks occuring at the same time -- was also amazing -- the best part was Robbie wasn't staring into the camera moving hands, and not singing -- I loved how he lip sung both the songs -- as you get the feeling that he is singing and expressing his state of heart..

Again, WORD! Devika (the actress is fabulous) and her husband (can't quite recall the man's name), that's interesting/complex relationship cause all along, I'm left to think that Devika was done wrong by her husband but then, there are moments, when I'm unsure. Though, I agree with your assessment that they both have done each other wrong, and the one that paid the price for the lack of love and home is Robbie.

Yea, poor Robbie and their daughter (forgot her name) I guess. Both have been deprived of the love of both parents and witnessing a happy marriage between the two...

Whew, fabulous analysis Soni! Loved reading everyone's thoughts and this is probably the most in-depth I have been regarding a couple in Hindi Serials.

Loved reading your thoughts as well sweetie -- well then welcome to the in-depth, analytic discussers fanatic serial watchers (hehe)
