As somebody mentioned before I dont know why loud songs take precedence over melodious ones. Most of the voices selected were suited for Richa Sharma, Jaspinder Narula type of songs.
I was not impressed a whole lot by either Ira Sharma or Supriya Pathak as well, though Karishma sang really well.
Ira, Supriya, Karishma all sang the same genre of songs and all got selected, whereas Vidya sang a soft number superbly and was commented as "Aap jyada hi bhavuk ho rahi thi."

I personally thought that Priyani was simply fabulous... Even Vidya was equally good, and she sang the song with a lot of feel... Aanchal chose a more peppy number and simply slipped in inspite of being really poor with sur and feel too! Bhola was also not at par with Priyani or Vidya... These 2 girls should have been in rather than Aanchal and Bhola.. It was good that they left out the Canada girl, she was pathetic! All the other selected were great.. really looking fwd to hear Sanchari and Abhas more 😊

Priyani's rejection was really sad. I also felt that she should have been among the top five. Not sure why the judges thought differently. Her choice of song was also good I would say. She picked a difficult song and sang it with ease. I think Alkaji did not like here when she said that she chose a difficult song. It's a loss to the competition. She was pretty good.

I totally agree with all of you about PRIYANI. I felt she was the best that day. Instead of Bhola or Aanchal ,she should have been selected. I hope she is back in the show ( as they said she is on stand By).
