Why Kareena Kapoor Khan doesn't have too many films post shaadi with Saif Ali Khan?

Kareena Kapoor Khan- while the surname and the acronym has caught the fancy of fans and the film industry alike, the diva's post marriage film career has not taken off. There are quite a few factors at play here. For one, married heroines are often not popular with the standard Bollywood films. Most multi starrer comedies, have replaced the social film or family drama these days, and many action flicks, which count on adrenaline rushes and the hotness factor, steer clear of casting married heroines.
Having said that, times are changing in hindi filmdom. Married actresses also crack great scripts and good films once in a while, Vidya Balan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit are best examples of this. Juhi Chawla is another case study of a long lasting film career, with quality parts coming her way from time to time. Kareena though, has not found too many takers. She sure wins hands down on the hotness factor, in fact, she looks better post marriage! So what is wrong here?
