I think maybe when B will find out abt tht his dearest Arjun actually our dearest Arjun was killed , than definitely she will sketch a plot to take revenge of Arjun's death from the evil 3, and in all this she will find A's humshakal who will turn out be the real Arjun, in last,and i think the doctor walia will also become the part of A's plan or whatever.😉

u r rite this theme is from kaajjal, but thats wat usually happens, no one dies in the soap very easily, they are all hard core human beings infact😃, but yeah it is a possibility tht they can use this theme by recasting, i mean replace karan from someone else definitely or a plastic surgery or a lost memory.😉
