Alekh carries two cups of coffee in d office & in one of d cups Ud puts d tab given by Shalini. Dat was meant for BC bt acidentally d other man drinks it(I guess he is Mr. Sahni now played by some1 else)Alekh tries to stop him bt he drinks it & fall down on d floor & he is taken out on d stretcher to d infirmery & Shalini is standing wid a biig injection in her hand in d last scene!!

i think every 1 has misunderstood the trailor no one looked shocked at all becoz when dr shalini was standing with injection she was smiling i think every thing would befine now.

i agree!! i think u guys misunderstood the promo...i think the plan went as PLANNED! no kiddin...cuz shalini had a smile on her face wen she had the injection in her hand...soo i think the plan is going good 😊
