VeeBa Tashan, Balwant's Double Standards

Loved VeeBa's tashan tonight. I felt bad for Baldev who is still reeling from Veera's betrayal. I am glad he continues to throw that in her face because she truly does not realize the depth of how she hurt someone, sure she had her moment of remorse but then she was right back to doing things the wrong way. I'm glad at least today she was not so arrogant, infact both were on their level and brought up some very valid points about each other.

Now to Balwant, I would have made a separate post but figured why bother? Balwant has a lot of nerve lecturing Bansuri for how she treats Gunjan when he does the same to Baldev, has he ever shown any fatherly love to his son? Has he once shown an ounce of support for his son's dreams? All I have ever seen him do is bash Baldev while glorifying Ranvi. Balwant needs to look in the mirror before judging Bansuri because the same way it hurts him to see how she treats Gunjan, it is the same way she feels seeing how he treats their son.

Can't agree more.. He's been the same biased father when it comes to his son.. Baldev is still a gold hearted guy, only if he had been raised with better parenting he'd have been a gem by now...😕

Did you see his nerve when Bansuri spoke of Baldev's dreams, he asked what dreams? 😲 Its sad, it really is. I can understand Veera's POV, but Balwant. He is just such a disappointment as a father and I wish Bansuri had a real chance to reply to him before Gunjan walked in.

Waise after watching today's episode I am suddenly feeling really bad for Baldev 😭 If it weren't for Veera's stupid trick he would have never chosen wrong methods to win the election

He just doesn't deserve all this.. Balwant used to always treat him like shit ab haarne ke baad toh aur bhi he will taunt 😳

Sarpanch track will get over on Saturday (thankfully, I am suddenly finding this track really heartbreaking 🥺 ). Ab I want to see what will Baldev do..

Yes, Veera played a big role in Baldev returning to the dark side. First she played with his emotions then she attempted to disgrace him in front of the entire pind, so she provoked him to strike back and sadly her brother paid for her actions. Veera fails to get it through her head how much she hurt him, her inflated ego just won't let her

Baldev will be hurt again, he won't take this defeat easily but he is a sher. Baldev will come back fighting.

Rightly said if it was not for Veera's madness and that trick of her's Baldev would never have done all of this I really felt bad for baldev today he's badly hurt

Even I loved the confrontation scene coz both had valid points and were right from their own perspectives. One thing I love about Veeba is that both are not mahaan characters. Its not like a love story of the 'flawed' and the 'flawless'. CVs have given us enough chances to blame and criticize both of them.

What about Ratan's double standards. Forget balwant. Ratan annoyed me the most today👎🏼 Wasn't she doing the exact same thing to Veera, she was criticizing Bansuri for??

Next week we have to see double heartbroken Baldev. I am scared that he will become a drunkard,I hope he doesnt create tamashas.

I don't understand why Balwant hates his own son so much! If Bansuri is guilty of ignoring her daughter, so is Balwant of rejecting his son. How I wish Bansuri had given him a fitting reply but I doubt if Balwant will ever agree with her since his Ranvi is his idol and he can never stop comparing Baldev with Ranvi.
