Episode begins with Krishna greeting the elders in Hastinapur. Duryodhan greets Krishna and says he has prepared his palace for Krishna to stay in.
Krishna declines the offer, saying he has come for peace not surrender. Krishna says he will stay with Vidhur and will meet them all tomorrow in the sabha.
Krishna walks away with Vidhur and Kunti in tow. In the corridor they meet Karna. They greet each other and Krishna says that Karna's archery has made him happy.
Krishna says Karna and Arjun are similar to Lord Kartikeya and Lord Ganesh, being the pride of Aryavarta. Krishna says that if Karna and Arjun were to put their strength together then nobody could stop the establishment of dharma.
Karna says that Lord Kartikeya and Lord Ganesh never manage to stay in Kailash together. Krishna nods in agreement, saying this is Mother Parvati's bad fortune.
Kunti looks worried. Karna says thankfully we don't have the same mother. Kunti looks upset. Karna says his war with Arjun is definite. Karna says he doesn't need a war to fight Arjun, he can challenge him at any time (so what's stopping you then?) 𼹠Karna wishes Krishna good luck in arranging peace.
Vidhur's wife serves Krishna food (saag roti! đł) Vidhur is worried at the lack of dishes made. Vidhur's wife apologises to Krishna saying that after the incidents of the dice game, they only eat this much every day đ Bitter leaves similar to Hastinapur's destiny and dry roti similar to their own feelings. She wanted to make Krishna a sweet dish but Kunti stopped her. Krishna asks why, since he is very fond of sweets! đ
Kunti says she only sees Hastinpur's destruction playing out in front of her eyes. She wonders how happiness can be obtained. Krishna says happiness is found not obtained. Those who think happiness is power, they are inviting their destruction. Krishna says that Aryavarta's destruction is imminent because Dhritrashta has never been able to understand the true meaning of happiness.
Vidhur's wife asks won't anyone be saved? Krishna says dharma and justice will be saved. Krishna breaks off a piece of roti and turns it into a ladoo. đ
Next morning everyone is waiting for Krishna in the sabha. Krishna arrives and greets Dhritrashta. Dhrit welcomes Krishna and asks for a way to stop the war. Krishna tells Dhrit to give Indraprasta back to the Pandavas and get his own sons ready for justice and punishment.
Krishna promises to spare their lives but they must give up their honour. Duryodhan says that Indraprasta belongs to him, not Dhrit, and he won't return it under any circumstance. Duryodhan tells Krishna that until the Pandavas obtain a kingdom they don't have the right to challenge him to war.
Krishna tells him that everyone has the right to fight against injustice. Krishna tells Dhrit that if he had announced Yudhishitir as Yuvraj from the day they first came to Hastinpur then none of this would have happened.
Shakuni wonders whether Krishna is speaking the language of peace or war. Krishna says he speaks the truth, whether they like what he says or not it's still the truth. Dhrit says the truth is that the son of a King becomes the next King.
Krishna reminds him that he is only 'acting' King and that his coronation never actually happened, so how can his sons obtain the throne? đ
Shakuni says what is the point of discussing such old matters. He says they will forgive the Pandavas from going into exile again if they give up the idea of war.
Krishna and Duryodhan argue about the dharma/adharma of the dice game. Krishna says the truth is that Duryodhan doesn't have the strength to wage war.
Krishna says everyone involved (Bhishma and Drona) were part of adharma that day, since they only care about their personal dharma. Vidhur says it isn't time to discuss dharma/adharma. Krishna says that's why I have come with a peace proposal, but Duryodhan rejects it without hearing it.
Krishna tells Dhrit that if Duryodhan walks out then they will next meet on the battlefield itself. Krishna says that if Dhrit's sons ask Draupadi for forgiveness then the Pandavas will consider this to be their punishment. Duryodhan is furious hearing this.
Precap: Krishna challenges Shakuni to go through with his plans. He challenges them to tie him with chains and make him prisoner. Duryodhan laughs while trying Krishna up.
