Anoushka is taken to the hospital, she is in ICU. At the hospital Rohan blames Nikki, Rishab protects her. Rohan tells Rishab that at this moment he should not be thinking about Nikki but should be praying for Anoushka and his kid. Rohan tells him that everyone who is near him is in danger of their lives, and he is not even worth being a member of the family. Rohan leaves. Rishab tells Nikki he will go pray for Anoushka and the baby.
Priyanka changes and comes to the room and is surprised to see Rahul trying to sit by himself on the wheelchair. She helps him. He tells her to call the driver and would like to go home immediately.
Rohan calls Kharbanda House, Gargi picks up. He tells Gargi that Anoushka slipped and is in the hospital. Gargi starts her taunting Anoushka. Rohan asks to speak to Kunal, Kunal is sitting in the hall, but Gargi tells him that Kunal is not home, and he should not inform Kunal, but she will.
Dr. Seth comes and speaks with Rohan. Meera and Raman also arrive at the hospital. They ask Rohan what the Dr. said, he tells them that the Dr. has said that both Anoushka and the baby are in critical condition. Meera tells Rohan to inform Rahul and Priyanka and asks about Rishab. Rohan tells her that Rishab has gone to the mandir to pray for Anou and the baby.
Rishab arrives at the guest house. Priyanka and Rahul are arguing. Rishab comes near the window and hears their argument. Priyanka tells Rahul that what suddenly happened to him, his moods change suddenly. Rahul tells her that now she is tired of dealing with him and will look for another way out. Rishab is happy hearing them argue. Priyanka tells Rahul that its better they go back home and goes to change.
Rishab throws petrol (or whatever) on the window and lights a match. Priyanka comes to a room and there is fire all around. Rahul sees the fire and calls out for Priyanka tries to open the door, but finds it locked. Rishab leaves.
Priyanka falls on the bed unconscious. Raj arrives, he sees fire, thru the window sees Priyanka lying on the bed, breaks the window and rescues Priyanka.
Rishab is back in the hospital. Dr. Seth again says something to Rohan, who informs the family that Anoushka's condition is improving, but still critical.
Raj arrives with Priyanka at the hospital, the Lambas are surprised to see Priyanka being wheeled in. Raj starts Priyanka's treatment. Rishab asks Rahul what happened. Rahul informs him there was fire. Rishab tells him that he must have saved Priyanka can then called Raj. Rahul tells Rishab no Raj was there and Raj saved Priyanka. Rahul tells Rishab he does not understand how Raj get there on time, it even happened earlier and the same today.
Rishab informs Rahul that Anoushka slipped and now she and the baby both are in critical condition. Dr. Seth is treating Anoiushka. Another Dr. there tells her that she is trying to save both with may be disastrous for both the mother and the baby.
Rishab tells Rahul to go see Priyanka. He tells Rishab he does not want to see Priyanka. Rishab asks him why and Rahul tells him that he know why Raj always reaches to on time to save Priyanka.
Raj comes out and informs them the Priyanka is stable and is asking for Kunal. Rishab tells Rahul that instead of asking for you she is asking for her brother.

Dr. Seth tells Rishab that they have to operate on Anoushka, she tells him they can only save 1, which 1 should they save. He says you should know the answer to that. Dr. Seth tells him that they will save the mother. Rishab says no you save the baby.
