I don't really understand how Shazia and Nazia are Aaahil's sisters.
Yes I think Nazia is Sanam sis. clue: the Asthama
but then where did this Shazia come from. She wasnt shown when AAhil was young. But does Ahil know that they are not his real sister. cause he was mature enough to remember that he had no sisters at the time when his dad died. and then where did they come from.???????????????????????????????????

Seher is Sanam' sis////.means one of AsYa twins...Ahil is Shazia and Nazia Step brother...means Billo and nawab(Ahil father) children...
Seher dont no ...where she is...and hw do she look...i hope Shazia or Nazia never turn out to be Seher...
