One thing I've noticed is that fire seems significant for the pari-naren relation. Fire separated them and now a fire (at mandap) brought them back face to face. Can anyone tell me what significance does fire play in Hinduism and in a marriage ceremony? Maybe the creatives are trying to show some type of symbolism.

I'm not sure what significance fire plays in Hinduism but I have also noticed that it was the fire that separated Pari-Naren and it brought them back together, I agree there cud be some significance of the fire in their relationship

Fire is the primary witness in a Hindu marriage. He is a god with two faces, one signifying immortality and the other a symbol of life and living. He is a messenger to the other gods, just as Mercury, the Roman god. Agni or fire in Hindusim accepts sacrifices made to other gods and carries the message of the devotee to them. Agni also purifies impurities.

Not sure what the significance of fire is in Naren's and Pari's relationship. How did Naren react to the fire during his and Ankita's wedding? I don't remember.

I don't think the CVS are smart enough for such symbolism. Fire technically did not bring them back together. It might've just made Naren himself again.
Naren had already seen Pari, called out Ahana and put a pause on the pheres before the fire started.

He went crazy that time too and tried to douse the fire. It was then that everyone (the guests, Ankita's siblings and the Deshmukhs) came to know the truth about Naren.

I don't think it has anything to do symbolically. It's just that Naren went crazy after he saw Pari in a burning car, that affected him. After that he got triggered off and went crazy every time he saw the fire, be it his wedding with Ankita or Pari-Shekhar's wedding. The main reason why his memory came back was bcos he saw Pari and not bcos of the fire.

i know fire isn't the reason that brought or separated them... but it is the common denominator in their separation and then milan so i was just curious if that means something.

so fire represents immortality, life and living. That's very interesting. thank you for sharing that!

yes, it's true the CVs probably can't think of using such symbolism lol it is PVR! 😊
