~ Season 3 and the judges ~ -- My Take!

Hi Everyone

Well I just happened to watch 25May's episode and may I please genuinely know why Udit Narayan have nothing to say or comment on?😕 It realli realli annoying to see FOUR judges sitting at the table and words coming out only out of two,….or actually just ONE…Anu Mallik!🤢 I cannot seem to understand why he has such a huge amount of attitude this season….he seemed chilled last two seasons…now it just seems like he wants to play "who's the BOSS here"game.

Anyways back to my point….with four judges I expected the show to have a new vibe to it….2singers, 1 composer and 1 lyricist….that's pretty kool when u think of it…but from my side, I've been let down.👎🏼 I mean Uditji hardly ever says ANYTHING….and pls I am not "picking" or "having a go" at him, I am just voicing what I think! I heard him talk maybe only 4 or 5 times in auditions and now…I think he only got to tell people whether they got selected or not!…😕Alisha is also similar…I mean come on you people are singer I'm sure u have much more to say then just "your in" "that was good" etc etc!🤢

Last 2 seasons….Farah, Sonu and Anu looked like a perfect trio, each one had something to say and different opinions, no one was boss or tried to act like one….Farah even if she was the only female judge knew how to handle contestants as well as her fellow judges😆, Alisha just seems petrified of all of them! I am aware comparison isn't good but I don't want u to see this as a comparison but just an observed difference.😊

Coming to Javedji and Anu Mallik now…..I absolutely respect Javedji and his comments make sense and are like constructive criticism 👏…Now on the other hand we have Mr. Anu Mallik who doesn't seem to be fond of Javedji or any of the other judges. He seems to be contradicting every judge's decision….for example when Alisha told the couple who stuffed to continue/start again he interrupted it , his excuse being its not in the format… well when did judges from reality shows start sticking to the format?.😕.and agin when uditji was like "aur acha ho sakta tha" he goes "bura bhi nahi tha" ...then Uditji had to flip on what he just said!😕

I though it was very disrespectful when he said "my tune was good but Javedji's lyrics were hard" and "what kind of lyrics do u write Javedji?" …. I don't exactly know if that was meant to be a joke or an insult ….seemed more of the latter to me!😡 Anu should really get a grip, this may look like I am having a go at him but I think he really needs to calm down!

On the whole the talent this year is pretty good👏!!!! Now all we need to work on is the judges!!😆

Uditji:- Needs to talk more, contribute more in decisions, provide constructive criticism as he knows singing well😃, give advice on improvements like sur, taal, laye😛 and not be the announcer of who's in and out and also needs to act more independently and voice his true opinions!😊

Alisha:- Well mostly same as Uditji and should learn to defend herself when someone contradicts her. 😊

Jevedji:- Doesn't need any improvement…..I'll just pray u survive this season with Anu Mallik!😆

Anu Mallik:- Please don't get me started!!!!!!!👎🏼

P.S. Hussain is doing a great job as host along with Mini!👏…Something consistent about the show, Aman and Mini did good work previous seasons and Hussain fits in well😃!!!!!!
