I don't know if folks watch the serial in its entirety or just for the one character/actor and let me be fair and say either gender that they are ready to lay down their lives for and they can spend hours on end sobbing and howling at the travesty done to their favorite but tonight I saw a girl after her inner turmoil and shock over revelations now slightly happy at the thought that she is going to watch the reenactment of a puppet play that she cherished in her childhood days in her village and it had a happy ending something that she is praying for and speaking of prayer please I wish folks will not go ape shit over her vow to leave it will lead to something more meaningful for the Lord never punishes those who offer their promises in earnest innocence without any guile ulterior motive or idea He and She takes care of those who submit their lives to the will of them and will always ensure their goal to happiness and bliss That part has never bothered me
Now coming back to Paro it has been barely 24 hours since her faith and belief of them being the chosen ones sorely tested so when Rudra at first circumventing and stopping her with his words ala sangeeth night she must have thought another rain on my parade till he saw how crestfallen she was and decided to surprise her He wanted that elusive smile and she gave it because this play promised hope happiness and a happy ever after which is what she is hankering for as told her soul sister a reflection of her own deep wanting that indirectly hoping that ultimately his love will understand why she sacrificed- priceless words uttered in Jaipur by her to Know me you have to get to my heart without old emotional baggage and pre conceived notions of typical beautiful woman syndrome and then you will know why I carry this pain in my heart
What happened in the play the writers pandered to the TRP viewers thirst for masala and we had Laila pay off the story teller to change the tale of love and play her mind games to make Paro feel inadequate and ignorant and very insecure Love does that and wonder are so many here so jaded and cynical that typical womanly emotions are not recognized and this coming from the Grinch Real Satyanash she says
Paro for just that moment escaped into a wondrous land of fairytales and believed her Raja and she were actually dancing on stage till the bogey of Laila like a cockroach in a drink turned up and ok the dance again for the lowest common denominator the rise of TRP's last week is of any indication so will not split hairs and rant why why going against character End of the day entertainment for the masses
If you can be sympathetic to a man of the world who is that experienced and cry how much he is trying and hurting then cut some slack for a girl who is inexperienced in worldly matters now finds her second shot at finding happiness and love with another man also probably illusory about to be snatched from her hand Rudra is not the only one with complexes and insecurities in fact Paro is far more intricately layered Second you say why because she thought Varun was her every answer to what she wanted in her life so when that tale was told with another ending where her worst nightmares of Laila being the one for him it seemed to confirm her own inner fears Paro is someone who believes in signs as being messages and she saw that once again being played out ergo her tears and his fears hmm reminds me of retro British band tear for fears ok digressing
Numero Uno Law in Desi soap the main leads have to duke it out in public so the antagonists can pick up on their weakness and work on that The show that should not be named prime example so yes all this talking is fodder for those who wish to use it against them for the next track for in the end RR is just that a bloomin fictional serial having characters that don't exist outside of the writers imagination and nope Rudra and Paro are not real but enacted by 2 actors
