4.Jensen Ackles
After appearing in Days of Our Lives ,
Dark Angel and Smallville , Ackles hit
the big time in The CW series
Supernatural. He has played Dean
Winchester since 2005, and the show
has been renewed for a tenth
season.
He has 'film star quality' written all
over him, and would be perfect in
some kind of action/superhero
project at some point, surely. At the
age of 36, he doesn't have much
time to land those kinds of big roles,
especially as Supernatural enters
further into cult status.
10.Nathan Fillion
Castle star Nathan Fillion won a
legion of fans with the criminally
short-lived Joss Whedon series
Firefly and its movie spinoff Serenity .
Here, he earned his stripes as a
charismatic, funny badass that could
possibly translate perfectly in the
cinema.
From 2009, he has stayed in the TV
world in the popular crime drama
Castle, and the days of Firefly seem
to be over. Here's hoping Whedon
can find a role for him in a future
Avengers movie. Fans have also
campaigned for him to play Nathan
Drake in the Uncharted movie, but
sadly this doesn't look likely.
