Khushi spends minutes in her car trying to calm down from what just happened

Childishly she starts pouting and mumbling some words like an insane person
That's when she heard a knock on her window
She looked at who's the person who wants his end right now and gets another bonus chock for today...

Why he's knocking on her window with that perfect face?
She opened the window nervously
-what?
She asked emotionlessly
-we need to talk!
-really?
She asked and she doesn't know from where she came with all that courage to speak to him coldly
-khushi Gupta, you're a danger for the society
He shows her her purse
-you left this on floor!
She looked at him with wide eyes and then she was about to take her purse but he hides it...
-are you ok?
-yes, give my purse back!
-first remove your car from here, you're parking in the wrong place
He gestured to her to look around
What she's doing? It's been years that she's working in this area and knew all about this building and this avenue
She starts driving further to stop the car safely
And she walked back to him
He's standing there, crossing hands her purse was with him
She's not nervous now, she's angry
She felt him playing some dangerous game and she's refusing to enter on it
Somehow she knew he remembers her very well or else why this look in his eyes and why he's so interested on her?!

He commented
-please give me my purse
-if you accepted a lunch with me!

He will not give up...she's sure...his eyes are the personalization of determination
-look! I never have lunch with strangers!
He smirked, looking up at the sky...like he's enjoying every bit of it

She crossed her arms like to protect herself and then breathed deeply looking at him

She said and starts working away
He followed her walking at her rhythm
They walk in the street side by side
-you don't need your purse; I bet your phone is inside!
-I will suppose that I lost it!
She said
This game starts to please her
-I know a Chinese restaurant right here
-I said that I don't have lunch with strangers!
She said challenging him by her brown honey eyes
-I don't want to reveal it so soon but it seems like I'm the boss of your boss!
She stopped walking and looks at him
-what are you talking about?
-you may not know about it but this is the truth! You never asked why the company in which you work is placed in my building
She thought a little bit and then looked at him
-this has nothing to do with the lunch
-you never heard about abuse of authority?
She looked at him with wide eyes
-what does that is supposed to mean?
-Miss Gupta! I simply would like to invite you for lunch but you made things complicated!
She was about to answer but her phone in her purse starts ringing and she looked at the purse in his hand
-the restaurant is this way
He gestured
-once we are served, you will receive this call!
-Unbelievable!
She said and starts walking hopelessly

She doesn't know what she could name this but she's having lunch with him...she surrenders to his invitation
And she's know sitting around the same table as him
He' s looking at the menu and she could see the way he's so much amused even if he's trying to look all normal
She has her purse, it was her aunty who called, khushi typed a message that she will call her later
-any preferences?
He asked
-I'm not into exotic food!
-you will change your mind once you eat the soup they made here
She looked at throw the window and then him nervously
-I hate soup
-no way!
He smirked
-if I said it then it's true!
-Miss Gupta..
He said looking at her...and like he's going to say something so important
-I will choose for you!
She frowns and looked back to the window...
After some minutes a bowl of vegetable soup and some side dishes and rice are before her...
Two chocolate eyes are staring at her
-you may not know about it but it's a treat
Hmm...she could see, he's shouldn't make the effort to tell her
She hesitated but seeing him she changed her mind
He starts eating comfortably...
She doesn't believe that with such man...everything he's doing even the simple daily acts could look so perfect
The way he's eating with appetite, virility and passion was source of inspiration
She felt her heart stops beating for awhile
She just stares at him
And then suddenly a voice pulled her out of her dream
-Madam doesn't like food?
A waiter who looks like he's himself Chinese or maybe he is asked her with worried eyes
-Madam eat eat!
He gestured to her to eat
-yes!
She nodded positively
-I'm about to eat thank you
-eat well!
He leaned and disappeared only when she starts eating before his worried expression
Khushi turned her eyes on all sides and then looks at him
And then suddenly he starts laughing
She looked to the other side to not fall more for him or maybe to never let him saw any of her emotions reflected in her eyes
She doesn't know that this awkward...feeling she has for him from the past is alive till now
She prefers to run away like she always does...
She doesn't know what she's doing here with this man who doesn't change
It's been years now but his the same...his handsomeness his perfection the way he walks the way he speaks the way he smirks the way he laughs the way he talks...
-he's right you better eat before it gets cold, Khushi Gupta!

She wished to disappear right then and there but she knew she will never be able
She's that kind of girl ...yes!...complicated, full of contrasts...she could be stubborn but childish same time, shy but funny...strong but at times so fragile
She wants to go away of this man but at the same time she's not even able to move one inch from there
She felt attached to him like the air between them is made from magnets pulling her to him the more
-if you don't have it he will come again!
He warned her
-you're also using your authority here?
He smiled and then out of nowhere, he stuffed a piece of vegetable in her mouth using his chopsticks
-you could say that you're unable to use those chopsticks and then I will help!
She glared at him
-I just used them!
She knew that her face turned red as a tomato and eating seems to be the only solution to avoid him
-khushi Gupta, it seems that you're a so messy person
He said finally when she finished eating
-what?
She looked at him again with her wide eyes
She looked at his hand coming towards her and she moved back to avoid that hand which is on its way to touch her lips?!!!
She couldn't believe when the tip of his thumb touched her lips...he pressed it on her soft mouth to wipe some sauce...when he does that he pouted his mouth and looked only at her lips
And then smirked his famous smirk looking straight at her eyes
-the food is delicious, people don't need to see the proof
He made her so angryyy...it's unbelievable the way he's playing with her nerves
She stands up
She searched on her purse and then gets out some money that she puts on table
-I should go, lunch time is over
Seems like that his smirk won't leave his lips ever
-I hope that this will never be repeated, I hate when people force me to do something I don't like!
She continued
-our lunch was something you don't like?
-yes!
She nodded and starts walking away from there
Arnav picks up her money and as he was a faithful customer of that restaurant, it's by month that he pays the bills ... he left from there without thinking much
And then he held her hand and pushed her towards him harshly
He cares less that they are just standing in the middle of a street full of people
Note: I hope you like it ...I think that you will see in next chapter Arnav's point of view about all this, I think it's needed
