MARCEL

Okay i know many of you might like marcel . So let me just say this is my personal opinion about him . So you are free to agree or disagree.

I really hate his character from the beginning. It all staryed with his i am king speech and all the plotting after plotting. I thought his character was redeemed once he choose to be loyal to klaus but after the truth of mikealson was out he was kicked out of the French quarters and till then i didnt hate him.


But after that i hate him because he is acting without thinking about the consequence . He got thierry killed and then blamed klaus for it. That guy was living alone why bring him into a war when you know it will have many casualties.

In the season finale from the start all his plans were the reason his vampire pack got killed. His motivating speech was so bad . Come on you can go on a suicide mission for n number of valid reasons but he choose to gather a vampire army and march towards death instead of sending them off till he makes the place a little safer just Luke what klaus did with hope.

He started the war then he calls klaus a monster because he defended his home from invaders . Then he gives speeches about how he will make klaus bleed .

But we have to forget all that because at the last moment he saved klaus child. I dont understand how can klaus forgive him that easily.

But if he did one good thing in this entire season it is killing that monique . I really hate her more than any other characters in originals. So just for that i am going to give marcel a second chance but if the next season he starts plotting again i will personally go inside the tv and kill him with my own hands

Marcel seems to me younger, lesser intelligent version of Klaus...most of time he himself is the reason his vampires ended up dead...it's weird that despite living with Originals for so many years he never was able to get the knack of their powers and tried again and again to fight with them...as a vampire and individual he is quiet stupid and needs to learn alot plus he is a big hyprocrite and has no sense of gratitude for Klaus...how many people have walked alive and free after betraying Klaus and that too so badly? NONE...Maybe Marcel should have a look at Katherine's life and understand how lucky he is to be alive after what he did...Marcel's character appeals to me just because Charles is a good actor, Marcel seems like a good guy and he unintentionally brings out Klaus's humanity and shows us his care for his loved ones

I agree with you . It will be surely hard for him to kill someone who he has treasured as a son. But as you said they show him as the good guy. When they showed stefan as a good guys it was acceptable but marcel a big no. He is definately not a good guy according to me.

He saved hayley and davina because he wont kill a child but apart from that everything else he does for power

No matter what happens never give up., Klaus taught marcel this.. he is following it

It looks like you.support marcel almas . But somehow i cant i dont know why either. I liked him when he is in team klaus. It might be because i like klaus way too much that i hate anyone who plots against him.

Marcel was king of d city since a long time b4 klaus arrived.. he came n took over.. its natural to feel bad n want to take back his kingdom.

Well that kingdom was built by Originals dts diffrnt but Marcel was d Ruler. So i agreed on his decision to take bck NO.

I agree with you. The reason i used to like marcel because klaus loves him. I am happy that they made peace with each other but what i meant to say was if he went back to plotting again i will hate him.

Ya if he does d same in s2 it ll be repeatitive not only fr him but on writers part too..

Yay! I finally found someone who hates Marcel. I HATE HATE HATE this guy from the beginning. For me he is more annoying and to be honest I can't stand him at all. Klaus shows affection towards him. But I never saw him show any kind of affection to Klaus. I'm sorry but I can never like this guy despite any justification. I'm officially a Marcel hater
