In Pia Walia’s Defence

Dear Member's of the KS Forums,

It's so good to be back after a long hiatus. I was up and down the country organising events to protest against the discrimination and horrible slurring our goddess of perfection has been the centre of these past few weeks. We obtained 435+ petotion signatures (to be sent to Ekta Kapoor) demanding the immediate withdrawal of Bani Dixit / Durga DasGupta from the serial drama Kasamh Se.

Many, many people I spoke with have voiced their concerns and disgust at the grievous bodily harm (GBH) our goddess has been the victim of in the past week. Another term to describe this is 'Happy Slapping' which is rightfully banned and against the law over these shores and should be banned all together over the world. Bani Dixit and Rano Dixit are both aggressive bullies and should be taken to court. How can they 'slap' the most beautiful face in the world?

Ok, before I continue on, a quick update on our Positive Pia Campaign launched 2 months ago. We have amassed a record 452+ members (past & present members of our KS forums as well as members who have left other forums to join us!). The most requested photo of all-time is where our Princess Pia is wearing that beautiful Elizabeth Hurley like black dress! (Our goddess looks gorgeous!). The second most requested is when Pia meets Dia for the first time in the cinema. Keep the request's coming!

Back to the current events of the show. Ok, as I stated earlier, we are requesting a restraining order against Bani & Rano Dixit to stay at least 50 miles away from Pia. There is so much heart ache at the moment for Pia and for us. She has confessed to Mr Walia "Pyar kiya hai tumko, koi mazak nahi". Mr Walia should understand and think that for 5 years+, Pia has given her all to him, Pia has given her everything to him but yet Mr Walia is still hopelessly infatuated with a former waitress who demanded not only a divorce from Mr Walia, but a divorce with 100% alimony! That alimony belongs to our goddess! That alimony is for the future of Pia and Veer Walia! How can Bani Dixit request such a thing? Doesn't her middle sister's happiness mean anything to her? Didn't Bani Dixit promise to her parents that she would sacrifice herself for her sisters? Well Bani, please sacrifice yourself now live & let live! Pia deserves to be with Mr Walia and your presence is hindering this.

Now we hear that Bani has arrived at the Walia Mansion. This is good news for us, trust me its good news, why? The local police will be notified and Bani will be rightfully hand cuffed back to the mental asylum to serve her sentence for the murder of Saahil Walia. Justice will prevail!

Ok, there seems to be confusion regarding the 3 sisters that are resident in Aparajit Deb's house. Ok, as I understand, disregard the librarian and the older one and focus solely on Gayu! Gayu will become the next best Pia and should be supported like we support Pia!

Please all note, I know you all haven't' forgotten!

The third of June, is a very auspicious date. Yes my fellow members, it's the anniversary of the October 3rd heavenly Dubai 1 night stand between Pia & Mr Walia for when both souls consummated into 1! The third of every month should be commemorated and I'll keep you all posted on the events that will be taking place and prizes in due course.

Many members of the "Bani-Brigade" are requesting confirmation and verification of my stance. I am 100% serious in my justified views and I am 100% in favour of Princess Pia. Nobody in any drama serial ever has been more victimised, humiliated and trod upon like our goddess of perfection has. Simply for just loving Mr Jai Walia who is rightfully Pia's, she has had to suffer the following;

1. Being tricked by Pushkar Pooch to abscond from her wedding night.
2. The horror of Bani becoming Pia and marrying Mr Walia (the horror on Mr Walia's face says it all!)
3. Finding out her mother like sister Bani planned the "switch" with Jigyasa.
4. Easily the prettiest and adventurous from the 3 sisters, but being deliberately held back by Bani's ulterior motives.
5. Having a miscarriage twice.
6. Being forced to beg for money and act as a personal slave to Pushkar Pooch, whilst pregnant!
7. Losing half her memory from the big car explosion after saving Bani & Rano.
8. Being a victim of happy slapping by her 2 sisters and Mr Walia.
9. Being called horrible names like Pea-brain, Reptile and other derogatory names.
10. When presenting clear and concise evidence that Bani murdered Saahil, is not believed.

These are the reasons why Pia does not deserve all the punishment she is receiving. Its like being framed. Justice shall prevail!

On a serious note, some corrections :

It was Pia who brainwashed and manipulated Pushkar to elope with her from the wedding and not the other way around.

Bani never planned to replace Pia as the bride, it was Jigyasa who forced her to do it and Bani was helpless. She even begged Pia over the phone to return.

Miscarried twice ?? The witch " Aborted " her baby once as she didn't want Pushkar's kid !!!!!

Car explosion was part of her plan. The partial memory loss was faked by her.

Sweety, if you're going to put something like this forward, you might just want to check your facts first:

1. She was not tricked by 'Pushkar Pooch' - Princess Pia is not a child that anyone can make her run away from her own wedding with out her permission
2. 'Horror'?.......You seem to have forgotten Pia's initial guilt after the wedding
3. The switch was necessary, otherwise her mother like sister would have been humiliated in front of everyone; along with the Mr. Walia Pia claims to love
4. Bani is holding her back - in what way exactly?!.......As for the prettiest, that's entirely a matter of opinion!......For example, I find Rano the prettiest from the sisters; an opinion, not a fact!
5. It's called Abortion sweety!......Again, with Pia's consent...
6. This bit I agree on!
7. She didn't save her sisters intentionally; and the so called memory loss was all a game to trick Bani and Rano!
8. Are you sure you know what happy slapping is?!.......it's when you do it for 'fun'.......Bani, Rano and JW did it through anger!.......And besides, Mr. Walia slapped your Princess Pia - does that give you an idea of what he thinks about her love?
9. So have Pushkar (you mentioned one in your post itself), Tarun, Jigyasa, Karuna etc. Every character has been criticised by the forum at one point or another...
10. Not believed because there was no motive of Banis to do this!......Plus Pia framed Bani with the help of Karuna and Jigyasa, does that not count for anything?!

Along with this, let me just point out a few more things to refresh your memory...

1. Bani sacrificed her first love for her sister
2. Bani got her sister married to the man Pia claimed to love and helped her in every way she could
3. Pia refused to adjust to Pushkar's family and lifestyle and became fed up of that fact that he did not have enough money to fulfill her wants
4. Abortion
5. She eyed her sisters husband and played the game both ways - urged Bani to demand alimony (which she did in order to save JW's property) and then 'consoled' JW and offered her support in his time of gried
6. Drugged him in Dubai - male rape which is illegal and in my eyes disgusting!
7. Blackmailed him
8. Joined hands with Sahil who was responsible for a number of crimes; one being causing the miscarriage of her own sister
9. Along with Jigyasa and Karuna, framed Bani and threatened to have her killed
10. Lived five years in Walia house through force and as far as I can see, doesn't have much affection towards her child

If your serious about your stand, you might actually want to look at this carefully instead of avoiding it!
