Papers he told them to come to court for the marriage. But really he didn't even want to do operas with her because of the sacred bond and vows associated with it. He can never love pakhi he likes her but her personality is not his type he could barely get through a full conversation on the fake dinner date he took her on ,

The reason CV's haven't shown any FB's of marriage itself says they are toying with the idea of fake marriage and court marriage can be indeed fake. Money can do anything, he might have used fake papers.

And there is no point in making Sahil sign the transfer documents if the marriage is real as Pooki will get share in his property being the legal wife, so definitely something is fishy with marriage. Though divorce is painful it wont be worst compared to ditching by fake marriage which will break Kapoors both emotionally & socially !! And most importantly he came to Kalpi expecting her to understand his plight saying he thought to throw off the baggage before starting new life, which itself means he wants to come back after accomplishing his life long mission !! Unless PK is obsessed with Poo Baby taking sadistic pleasure in torturing us marriage cant be real !!
