Mr Walia to the rescue!

Ram Kapoor (Mr Walia of Kasamh Se) is on an all time high. The actor recently attended the Zee Carnival in London and was not only mobbed by fans, but also stalked by boys (ok, so there were girls too!).
Recalling a specific incident, he says, "The carnival is a very popular annual event organised by the channel.
This was the first time I attended it, and I was stunned to witness hundreds of people from across Europe coming to participate in it."
Fan frenzy
Through out the carnival, Ram and the other actors had very tight security. They were not allowed to break the barrier and personally interact with the crowd.
During one such meet-and-greet, the actor realised he was being continuously followed by a young boy. "It was crazy as there were long queues of people waiting for hours to get a photo op with us.
Suddenly, I saw this young seven-year-old boy who had been following me everywhere I went. By the end of the day, I figured that he was just wandering alone and his parents were no where in sight."
On further inquiry Kapoor figured out that the boy was lost. "It was scary because there was a huge sea of people around our area and the boy was not able to trace his parents," says Kapoor.
So he took matters in his own hands, grabbed a mike and made an announcement asking for the boy's parents to come forward.
"His mother was completely hysterical as she had been looking for him the whole day. She thought she'd lost him forever. It felt great to see them reunited," he says.
Apart from this boy, Ram also had to deal with a female fan who fainted. She had an asthma attack because she couldn't meet the actor.
"She was desperately trying to break through the security barrier to take a picture with me. However, the local security guards were not allowing anyone in. I guess all the excitement sent the girl into a spasm.
We finally got her inside and gave her medical aid. I never thought I would experience so many different emotions while on this trip!"
Even though he had no time for shopping, Ram managed to visit his favourite store GAP and pick up some clothes for his daughter Sia. "She's growing up really fast. I picked up some nice dungarees and shirts for her."
