Mirchi scene symbolic

As much as Paro's cries broke my heart, I have to say I really liked this twist. I have to admit that it was not incorporated in the best way, but it has a deep symbolism. Paro is the innocent girl who trusts Laila BLINDLY, despite Rudra's protests. And Laila is still a SCORPION, who hasn't changed one bit. Laila throwing the mirchi in Paro's eyes shows how she has made Paro trust her by putting on this facade of innocence and bechari-ness. And poor Paro only sees the good in her. "Aankhon mein dhool jhonk diya" types.

I'm hating how they keep torturing both Paro and Rudra, but still I have to say that this was a smart scene to put in the plot.

Interesting thought. I didn't think about it that way. Also, I like it because now Rudra is put in Paro's spot where he will have to be supportive of her weakness without making her feel bad. Thanks to Laila, he will realize how hard it is to stand by and accept someone with all their weaknesses and limitations. Paro has been that indestructible wall for him, now its his turn.

I feel under the tension of seeing Paro in this state Rudra may regain the strength of his right hand thus preparing the ground for Paro's leaving. The new promo also is an indicator.
