is ashish planning on quitting

From the twitter conversation below can we pressume..Is ashish planning on leaving EMA.. When the fans get attached to the show the actors plan on leaving. Isn't it unfair. We help them in being popular and what do we get in return.
Its been a history on indian tv that whenever leads leave, the show wraps up. Don't the actors think about the innumerable people who work behind the scene and its their source of livelihood.

Well his contract expires in November right? That's probably what he means, he will leave when his contract is over. I don't think he means he's quitting the show now. They have a right to leave when they see fit. I won't hold any actor back who wants to leave.

but if I'm not mistaken doesn't the new rule of CINTAA say that actors have to stay with a show for minimum 3 yrs ?

That's an unfair and unrealistic expectation. What happens if the show wraps up in less than a year?' Will the actors be compensated for that? I guess not!

I dont think he will.. cz from da beginning he knew about dis Rvenge track.. its da main thing of his character... soo he can show shades of his characetr from dis.. will c :)
