Relationship of a father and daughter is so nice and beautiful. In the serial JJKN this was portayed in a beautiful way.

According to you how do you feel Balwant ( Billo) Walia played as a father to Jassi?

yeah it was natural and normal unlike other shows where its so artificial andfake. I loved their relationship ,the only thing which i found as a flaw was that Billo was over protectiveof his daughter and later on , he blindly supported JASSI in everything even when she was wrong.

but good or bad, it was taken so well and so naturally. In real life too, MS is very close to Billo (Virendra Saxena) and he is obviously a great actor, pity that they didnt give him any award for his brilliant and natural performance as Papaji.

I loved their relationship, though there were times when I felt exasperated with Papaji's over protective nature. But the good thing was that he was always willing to accept if he was at fault, albeit belatedly sometimes. How many screen fathers do that? Most are either clueless about their children's lives or lay down the law like dictators (that is sadly true of many real parents too. )

One scene that really stands out is the one after Jassi has broken off her friendship with Purab thinking he was using her to get Gulmohur. Papaji rages at her but when he sees how her self-esteem has taken a dip, he comes to her on the pretext of getting his tie unknotted. With a simple little talk he gives Jassi some maxims for life that restore her confidence. Now that's something so real and touching. These were the little things that made JJKN an unforgettable show. 👏 👏 👏

I so agree Blyti, Jassi and papaji's relationship was realastic and it was so natural. Papaji's over protectiveness was quite normal too, according to me that is.
