Official Discussion Thread for Preetika Rao's Birthday Thread!

Only the members listed below are allowed in this thread. And all discussions relating to Preetika's birthday thread MUST take place here, please do NOT discuss anything via PM. Everything we discuss here is strictly confidential and shouldn't be shared with other friends on the forum because we want the birthday thread to be a surprise for everyone.

Please NOTE this thread is all about TEAM EFFORT so you all need to ensure you take into account everyone's suggestions on how your post should be. Remember all drafts and decisions regarding your posts MUST be approved by me (Yuvika_15). All FINAL drafts MUST be posted here so DT can approve it before it is posted in the main thread.

Intro Post - this may include a poem describing Preetika (NOTE: It will NOT be copied from any internet site) and a conversation between fans to introduce the thread. (Mariaa.RD and Jhanvi_TaaRey) (Graphicer: Mariaa.RD)

Biography - This will include facts about Preetika, her personal life and career. The people responsible for this post will need to research about Preetika and write it up in their own words. (ARandKJFan and Punk_Saba) (Graphicer: Afrin_RaqBhi)

Messages from co stars - whether or not we have this post in the thread depends on the ability to get messages from her co stars. Ideally we would like members who are active on social media sites and in touch with the co stars to take responsibility for this post. The person responsible for this thread will need to collect messages from co stars and post them in the post - you are allowed to get help from other members who may be in touch with the star cast. (Punk_Saba and ash91) (Graphicer: Afrin_RaqBhi)

Messages from fans. The person responsible for this post will have to send out PMs to fans with a deadline for entries and then inform the graphics volunteer to make name tags which will be used in the main thread. (bezubaan.) (Graphicer: appy_indy-KD) - draft pg 38

Tribute to Preetika - this post will be dedicated to fans' tributes to preetika... and could include anything and everything i.e. what they love about her i.e. her most charismatic quality, best performance till date, what look suits her best (western v indian) best hair do, what fans want to see her do in the future etc. This tribute will be based on discussion by all fans and collectively one answer will be chosen i.e. 1 favourite hairstyle will be chosen. The member responsible for this post will be responsible for choosing the categories they wish to use to give a tribute to Preetika and should ensure fairness by taking into account everyone's suggestions. Gifts from fans - this will include any signatures, VMs and avatars etc. The person responsible for this thread will need to collect signatures/VMs/avatars made by fans and post them in the thread. This member may need to work closely with the person responsible for messages to fans as members do generally PM their message and gifts together. (-Ammie-) (Graphicer: appy_indy-KD)

Credits. The person responsible for this post will need to contact each member responsible for the above posts and make a NOTE of everyone that has helped them make the thread. (-Hinaloveasya-)

Graphics - Volunteers are needed for graphics for this thread which includes name tags for gifts section etc. (Afrin_RaqBhi, Mariaa.RD and appy_indy-KD)

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone who signed up for the above categories MUST take into account the following decided themes for the thread and ensure their post reflects these in order to maintain consistency of the thread.

Important Messages!

The FINAL DEADLINE for everyone's post is 27th May 2014. This means by the 27th May you all MUST have finished up your posts with all the necessary edits (i.e. colours and signatures etc). I will then go over each post and make any necessary changes. I will ask you all to reserve a post in the BI forum one by one and AFTER I have approved your post u will be allowed to edit your post into the main thread. But this is ONLY after my approval.

Members that are collecting messages/gifts from fans and co-stars, I strongly advise u to reserve a post in this thread and edit all messages into that post as and when u receive them. This way all messages will remain in ONE single post which make it easier for you.

For posts where there are two members assigned to work on the post, the member who had signed up FIRST for that post is responsible for making the post in the main thread. If for some reason they are unable to do so, the other person signed up for the post can make the thread. If this is the case, I MUST be informed.

Once again, this thread is all about TEAM EFFORT and each one of you MUST appreciate and take into account each other's opinions. Also, please avoid spamming this thread by discussing things unrelated to Preetika's birthday thread as it will be difficult to monitor the progress of the thread and important messages may be lost among the chatting.

A graphicer has been assigned to each post and this has been stated above in first post in BOLD. Please ensure you inform your graphicers request in good time so the volunteers have enough time to make the graphics.

Please ensure you adhere to the theme of thread and colour scheme of thread mentioned in the first post.

If you experience any issues with your preparation, you MUST contact me, Yuvika_15 immediately. REMEMBER: ALL discussions MUST take place HERE ONLY. NO PM DISCUSSIONS PLEASE.

Bezubaan. As you are responsible for "messages from fans", you will have to send PMs to random Preetika fans and to possibly make it easier 4 urself, u can decide upon a deadline date for the msgs and I can make a post in the Preetika's birthday thread in BI forum.

-Ammie- As you are responsible for "gifts from fans" you will have to send PMs to fans and decide upon a deadline date for the gifts and I can make a note of this in the BI forum thread.

-KitKit- and CrazyKSGlover - This tribute will be based on fans opinions about Preetika. So firstly, u need to decide upon the categories u wish to include in the tribute, i.e. best performance till date, best hairdo, most charismatic quality about Preetika and what u want to see in the future i.e. any roles u wish to see Preetika do. - Decide on the categories... ideally don't go beyond 7, u don't want the post to have too much text. and then u will need to discuss with fans in the forum and see what responses they give for each of ur chosen categories. The best way to tackle this would be to, decide ur categories, I make a post abt it in preetika's birthday thread and have members provide their response there...or alternatively u can discuss this with other members via PM...just get their responses and the most common/popular response will be the 1 u include in the thread. its important u get fans response becos this tribute is from FANS.

when are we starting working on this? i am in the process of getting messages, it will take around 5 days atleast because there is going back to back shoots and schedule is very tough .. so what's the deadline

Saba... the final deadline for the final drafts of every post is 27th May... by then you all must have done your posts. I will then go over them and see if there is any changes that need doing and then I will request each of u to res a post in the BI forum one by one and then u can edit in ur posts AFTER I have approved them.

I would recommend u, ash, bezubaan. and -Ammie- to res a post in this thread where u can edit ALL the msgs u have received so they are collectively saved in one post on this thread.
