About todays episode 5/22

Things i liked about Monday's epi

1) Naman & Shubhangi dance on Ek Panjaban. Naman is so cute wish he was good.

2) Kasturi holding Robbie's hand in the dark and not letting it go even tho she saw that it was Robbie. She only let go when Naman showed up.

3) The adorable way Robbie complains about not getting an invitation.😆 Karan looked like a lil baby.

Heres what i think of today's epi:

I think his love for Kasturi should have been developed a lil slower...but i guess they didn't have time cause Kasturi is suppos to get married soon. But i don't think Robbie will have anything to do with stopping the wedding. As it is money is already and issue in this wedding and now with what Girish has done...i am sure it will come out and the wedding will be stopped. Girish is such and idiot. With the wedding cancelled he won't even get the money that he did such a drastic thing for. What confuses me is that Kasturi's chachi was somehow suppos to be involved right? So does she know that Girish did this? Anywho moving on

Kasturi father is another fool jumping into the fire. It wasn't enuf that they lost their only shop now the family has to worry about loosing him too. But feel bad for him...he worked so hard to maintain that place and to make ends meet for Kasturi's wedding and now all goes down into ashes. I wanted to kill Girish at this point. One thing tho is that when Lala ji came out with Robbie...he looked like he was having a heart attack and now with doc showing up at the house...do you think the whole family will find out that Lalaji is a heart patient and Kasturi has been working to get him operated? I would like to see the grandfather's reaction to this news.

Robbie is still growing stronger as a character. Today when his mom yelled at him for risking his life for something that she considers unnecessary...he kinda (in a non-insulting way) shut her up and tol her that he'll do what he thinks is right. And here we thot he was a mama's boy. I liked that. Kinda shows that he won't always listen to his mom. I guess it figures cause his mom had to appoint Kasturi to straighten him up. lolz.😆 It is obvious that Devika will be against R-K getting together and probably will be aided by Nikhil in this as he'll do all things possible to get on her good side.

Devika's realtionship with her husband is still a mystery. They are not revealing the real reason for the tension between this husband and wife. 😡 If they did we could finally say if Devika is positive or negetive. So far I think Purushottam feels that Devika doesn't care about him possibly because she spends her time taking care of the business and her son's career. Devika thinks Purushottam to be an irresponsible person (yet one whom she loves apparently). There is still the possiblilty that the Singhania's might have something to do with the misunderstanding between the husband and wife (even tho they appear to be wanting to help the couple). The other option is that its entirely Devika's fault and shes not a good wife. 😕

Will Kasturi fall for Robbie. I hope not immediately. I mean eventually i am sure she will but if she reciprocates as soon as Robbie confesses...it would be kinda out of character. Besides we don't even know if Robbie would confess anytime soon. Maybe the wedding will stop without him confessing and then he'll take his sweet time. But from the way Robbie all of a sudden realized his love i doubt he'll wait around to loose her again to some fool.😳

Ronak came as a surprise today. I was under the impression that hes got feelings for Kasturi too. But here he is making Robbie realize his own feelings. A good friend for sure. 👏

What i want to see is the wedding stopped this week and not dragged onto next week. What do you guys think? Leave your comments please.

P.S. Robbie looked awesome at end of today's epi with the mitwa song, especially in the scene where Kasturi falls and hes holding her and lookin at her wit so much love. Yeh blooper hai because it was never shown before and when this scene happened Robbie did not even know Kasturi. But who cares Karan was looking hot.

hey jinc...i was able 2 read the whole post of yrs only cuz u write well...:D. i agree i wudnt want 2 c kasturi reciprocate her feelings so soon...i think the wedding wl be delayed w/o robbie having 2 do anything abt it 😆 and later on he wl confess his luv and kasturi wl give him hard time but later wl fall in luv with him herself...hehe...sweet, no? n ya i also thought ronak had feelings for her but thank god atleast that didnt happen or else it wud have been 2 typical 😃

3angels and smartc i agree with yall. I could watch Kasturi jus for the mitwaa song and the flashback that Robbie has. Thats the hightlight of all the epis so far. I think i like the mitwaa song better in Kasturi than in KANK. Honestly i didn't like the movie so much because the message it conveyed. So didn't really like the songs either. But now i am loving this song cause it fits so perfectly with Robbie's situation. I think the song was made for Robbie.😆

i was so eager 2 watch kasturi dat i watched it during planning class at school wid my headphones!since i came bac from sccol i have been playing da mitwa sequence over and over!can't stop thinking abt it!robbie's 2 gud and finally 2day he realized his feelings and that luv truely exisits in dis world!

Jinc first of all, I'd like to say you've penned down everything so beautifully. Here are my thoughts: I agree with you as a character/person Robbie is beginning to pave his own way set with his own thoughts and decisions. For once, in his life probably his thoughts differentiate from that of his mother's -- whatever his mother had told him has begun to rise like a question mark in front of his eyes -- as love the very emotion he dis-believed in is arising in his heart and erasing the once set thoughts he had about it.I definitely agree with you, Devika will be against Robbie and Kasturi -- perhaps not because she dislikes Kasturi, but because she has built a mansion full of disbelief on love and seeing her son travel down that lane, would scare her and would force her to think his future and his career would slide downhill and also cause she doesn't want him to live in the house anymore but if he marries the girl of her choice -- live in her mansion.

Hmm, what use came out of Kasturi's father jumping into the fire so fearlessly? The sarees could not have survived such a deadly fire and he was risking himself -- a children's father, a husband, a son and many more for it. I definitely do not think, Kasturi's parents should have bent their heads in front of Kasturi's in-laws -- because if they behave like this before marriage -- they may harass Kasturi later on for money -- but good thing the outcome is going to be postive = no marriage (well hopefully) I hope he is alright though -- as they never showed if he gained consciousness or not. What's up with Girish though? I'm confused on how he would get the money?

I too wonder what's the case with Purshotam -- so careless on his part to not even know where his own son is/anything about him. In fact, even though his friend and his wife seem like good people, why were they -- especially the wife telling Devika to stop-- to talk things through sweetly with her husband? To me, it seems they would support their friend blindly even if he brought his wife to hell's dire? I mean, so many years have passed by, their kids are grown up etc and their telling Devika now she should talk to him sweetly? With the visible pain and ache in Devika's heart and eyes, it doesn't seem like she didn't try.

Hmm, the mitwa song/sequences always excite and appease him especially because of the way the scenes are executed. The scenes are executed with such delicacy, freshness and lively. The way each scene blends into the other -- invitation card, the window scene, flashbacks is so beautiful. I think the main reason I've begun liking the character/actor more is because of the mitwa sequences.
