Ankita/Naren non-consenual relationship

Before everyone starts hating on me for posting this, I ask that you think of this from a realistic and legal pov and not an emotional one that consists of fandom. The Naren/Ankita relationship is one that is non consenual. Naren never gave consent to marry Ankita because as a person with such severe mental issues to the point where he cannot recognize that he is talking to a different person, he is legally, morally, and emotionally unable to consent to any sort of relationship. Naren thinks he is married to Ahana, that the person he is having sexual relations with is Ahana. Courts have frequently ruled that those with disability, mental issues, and who are beyond comprehension due to intoxication are incapable of consent and in such cases it is not sex that occurs, but rape or sexual violence. Naren may like aspects of Ankita personality but he thinks that is an extension of Ahana personality, not a whole different person. He also thinks that him and Ankita share a history in London, that she llkes and makes pizza (which Ankita does not) that she likes dancing (which Ankita does not), that she worked in London and wears Western clothing (which Ankita never has and does not like). Ankita has decieved Naren into believing and thus has taken advanatge of him.Rushali may have taken advantage of Ankita poverty but that does not make Ankita actions of agreeing to marry Naren less deceptive. In effect, since Naren is mentally incapabale of consent the marriage between Naren/Ankita is null and void since it was forced and the act of consummation was not sex but rape. We can say how can a woman rape a man but we all know that rape is not always about the physical aspects but purely about mental conceptual aspects. A drunken woman may have sex with a sober man but just bc her body said yes does not mean she was in the right state to say yes. Naren can physically perform the actions to have sex but is mentally incapabale of consenting.

I am already saying its relation from One side ( Annkita ) Naren not envolve in this relation by heart or mind so till then its not Pavitra Rishta when Naren except this in normal state then its called pure relation.

That point i raised before what ever Naren do with Akita he do for her Ahana for him Ankita not Exit . But people think Naren just think Ahana in his mind but whatever he do with Ankita he do for her and he love ankita now . Ahana love is just in his mind but actually he love Ankita 😕 because physicallyhe do everything with Ankita but really because he do physically everything with Ankita its the proof of his Love for Ankita now ?

No one discuss about Ankita action blaming some one else for her condition wather Pari Or now Naren but whatever happen with her its her choice . Pari and Naren change her name evry one blame then there love is not true but Ankita uses wrong name its not wrong 😕

i dont agree...you cant say ankita took advantage of him. after naren mental illness came in front of deshmukhs tey were ready to give ankita financial security but stiil she choose naren n on tat tym she was nt at all in luv wid him but still she tried to do her best just to cure him n on tat tym she could have married sashank.she took risk of sitting in d fire just for him n seriously no one can do tis even for d person wid whom a person has khoon ka rishta.

although naren thought tat ankita is ahana, but he started luving his wife n started to lyk her interests, lyk garlic bread instead of pizza. tat means he have falen for her n may realise it after some tym.

n if he doesnt ten he should respect ankita for all tat she has done for him. he would have died if ankita was not there

After she married Naren , the Deshmukh family found out the truth .They offered Ankita financial help for her family and said that they will take care of her and her family .

Naren thinks Ankita to be Ahana, this is true..but all the doctors said that Naren needs a girl who can take the place of Ahana and only in that way Naren can be cured..Therefore Rushali found Ankita for him.This marriage did help naren a lot..I know naren still calls her ahana, but in no way did ankita decieve him..

I completely respect ur opinion TM and I kind of agree a little bit too, I agree that Naren doesnt know who Ankita really is, but I dont think Ankitas intentions have ever been bad, her goal has only been to cure Naren, although I also don't like how Ankita has to act as Ahana everytime and is letting Naren believe that she is Ahana, she shud not be pretending to be someone who she is not but I think her intent has always been good. She did marry Naren initially for her family's benefit and Rushali wanted Ankita to marry Naren so that Naren cud be cured so I guess it was kind of a fair deal. Ankita didn't like Naren at first but started to like him, in the Ankita-Naren-Pari matter I dont think anyone is at fault but the situation which is not good. When Naren turns back to normal I think he will leave Ankita and go back to Pari, Ankita and Naren's relationship is kind of different then Arjun-Purvi's though, at least Ankita and Naren have not delibarately decieved anyone like Arjun and Purvi did

the @TM was talking about ankita naren and their relationship , how it is correct and how its wrong etc etc , nowhere did she mentioned arvi or compared them with anken . all the people have given their views on anken and their relationship . i wonder from where did arvi are dragged in between who have no connection to the story and who are not even present in the scenario.

Actually the reason I mentioned Arjun-Purvi was because I think they have deliberately caused harm to others(like Ovi, Onir) I was just kind of relating it to the Ankita-Naren story, I didnt mean to compare them but just relating Arjun-Purvi to Ankita Naren. Ankita hasnt tried to harm Naren intentionally and Naren doesnt know who Ankita is but with Arjun-Purvi, Arjun completely knew who he was marrying and Purvi did too, but they did illegal things knowingly.
