But what Karan said has been true in BW...the heroines were always beautiful and unattainable. Girl next doors were always known for talent, not looks. For the men, talent and personality matters much more.

Well Karan, there's no point talking about how tragic it is that talent isn't as important in BW in getting you the right opportunities when you don't do anything to change it.

Karan Johar's mentality is disgusting, no wonder he could never be an excellent director like Anurag Kashyap or Raju Hirani. All this man cares about is looks not acting. What a shame.
