Because they are hypocrites and want everything to go their own way. From the start of the serial they are only happy when things go their way. They gave so much hell to Akshara's family for the little things but when the time came for Reshmi's wedding they were pouting that things werent going their way. This is the main reason i stopped watching this show because Natik and his family are not likable but I started it back once RB got married because it was a good track and social message but now they are just ruining it.

I think what bothers them is they coming to stay with Devyani. I don't think they have any issues with devyani having relation with her children. As except for daddaji everyone knew that they are her children. Infact it was Rajshekhar who encouraged her to meet her children. I guess a little drama works fine...😆
