DV tells Saachi that they are going to meet doctor right now. Saachi says fine she would just get breakfast ready. DV stops her and they both are having a naughty moment (again with doors opened🥱) when Neena walks in. She hands them something to be taken to the fertility clinic. They both start descending the stairs together when Saachi says she would go and make tea for them both. DV calls Saachi and Neena asks her to go while she herself starts coming down, but at the last moment Saachi stops her and says she will only make tea. She starts descending the stairs and slips down the stairs and fells unconscious Saachi is happy seeing it. She goes and quickly wipes the stairs and leaves. Anvay is suspicious seeing Suparna awake so early. suparna diverts him and just then Yash comes home and sees Saachi lying on the stairs unconscious. He calls out everyone and they all rush down and call a doctor. Yash asks Neena in whisper what is Saachi still doing there and Neena says she will tell everything later.
Neena takes Yash in their room and informs him of the AC incident and asks him how can he leave a DIL like that. Doctor comes and DV tells that she was not feeling well for a few days and they were about to come to see him. Doctor tells him that these symptoms are normal but he would have to do ultrasound to check on baby's condition. DV is confused and doctor imforms him that Saachi is pregnant. Neena asks how is this possible when her reports said that she could never conceive. Doctor says he does not know of reports, but he is sure that she is 8 weeks pregnant. Doctor calls out for his equipment, and does some tests and says he will be able to tell of baby's condition in 24 hours.
Everyone is worried about the condition and also shocked that they did not take care of Saachi. Suparna is feeling happy secretly when Neena says that its because of doctor Sudha's wrong reports that they are on verge of loosing DV's baby. Neena calls her up and she says that she is herself shocked and want to see those reports again. Suparna panics thinking that she would be exposed and goes in search of those reports. She finds them hidden under the bed and is about to set them to fire when DV comes and grabs her hand and asks what was she burning. Suparna tries to hide it but DV grabs the papers from her hands and finds Sacchi's real reports and is shocked and asks her how can she stoop so low. Suparna says she can explain and DV drags her downstairs and asks her to explain in front of the whole family. He shows them the real reports. Suparna tries to lie that she found them only just now, and Dv then questions why was she then burning the papers. Anvay hears it from the stairs and starts moving down in anger when he almost slips and then notices powder on the stairs. He sniffs at it and then goes to his room to check something.
Suparna finally confesses and says that Saachi also did nothing good to her and her sister when Anvay comes and says angrily that Saachi never tried to kill her or her sister too. He then informs them of Suparna's planning to kill Saachi by spraying her powder on stairs. He also informs that the car had come back from repairs and the mechanic had informed them that its lock had not gone bad, but was deliberately tempered with. Neena then realizes that the AC incident too was not an accident and asks her if she was trying to kill her too and Suparna says no it was not for you but... Anvay asks in anger for whom was it meant and is about to slap her when DV stops him saying that men of this family don't raise their hands on the women of this house. Anvay replies back that till now no woman of this house had also stooped so low. He is about to strangle her in anger when Yash stops him saying that he should not do anything which can create problems in divorce later on. Suparna is shocked hearing these words.
Precap: Yash lashes out at Suparna as to how can she be so heartless and devoid of any emotions or feelings and Neena asks how could she make so many efforts to kill Saachi and her baby knowing that she was pregnant and Saachi hears it standing on stairs and is shocked.
