in order to use brand names in your work, you require prior permission. That's exactly why brand names are dodged when prior permission hasn't been acquired from the party concerned.Maybe they (the producers) have a tie-up with the HHI group of hotels in India, therefore they decided to skip the logistics and use their name instead.
