Now a days almost all the films have punjabi songs and punjabi lyrics and some aweful punjabi raps .Yo Yo ,Mika etcs are just getting too much attention.Sometimes it looks so out of place as well as horrible .I don't like them and feel they should be out of hindi movies ..Why music director using them ??because people like them?Or they want people to make them like?

Punjabi music goes beyond Mika and Yo Yo. I personally don't like Yo Yo or his music but to suggest it should be out of Hindi films is pretty harsh. The new Punjabi songs aren't the only ones destroying the music front.

The problem doesn't lie in Punjabi music, the problem is in music in general. There are some Hindi songs that just as crappy if not more. I just feel like filmmakers have developed this horrible taste in music. I can't think of a single recent song that I have actually enjoyed; be it Hindi or Punjabi.
