I am back with my daily edition of take 5 ... While Friday's episode focusing on people, today the story seemed to be move forward a bit.

I hope this means that they will also make my wishes comes true of seeing more of Jodha's emotions and what she feels for Jalal ... I can see Jalal's love increase day by day for Jodha ... Having Jodha just say that "prem bhad gaya" is one thing but showing it is another. They both are in love, then we should see both feel for each other. It is only fair for us as well as Jodha.

Anyways, without much ado here is my take 5:

(1) MA ko mili sazaa: Finally, Jalal have her sazaa to Maham Anga , taking all her powers and giving them to her arch nemesis Atgah Khan.

While in conflict with each other, Maham Anga was obsessed with two things: Jalal and power. She has lost Jalal walking into the Diwan-e-khaas ... She lost her power walking out of it.

I thought the punishment was fitting as she wanted to get rid of Jodha Begum for power ... So, she lost the most important thing to her.

If you think that punishment was less, Jalal still does not know about her role in the Ruqs MC, etc. So, based on what he knew, I felt it was appropriate. 👏

(2) Atgah Khan ki huin promotion: Three things I liked about Atgah Khan

- It is great to see Atgah Khan recognized in court as the new minister; while we all know his end is near, I am glad his loyalty and work being appreciated

- I like how he persisted to push Jalal on the embezzlement case despite his personal issues ... As the job of the Shehenshah must go on!

- Ab even Atgah Khan is filling Jodha's shoes ... Stopping Jalal when he got hurt and applying lep. Wah, kya kismat hai! 😉 Don't ask me whose good kismat it was 😉

(3) Jalal and his shamsheer: First and foremost, I am excited that one of my predictions from the weekend came true ... That he would think about Jodha while he is practicing sword fighting. Second, I got to see Jalal with a shamsheer. 😳 I also liked in a way how he admitted that he was hurt by Jodha refusing to come with him ... Otherwise, he is always thinking about the ways he hurt Jodha as he did the rest of the episode.

(4) Jalal, the prayer, and Rahim; I liked this scene for three reasons:

- The humility and open mindedness I saw in Jalal saying the Gayathri Mantra to the Tulsi plant ... He is humble enough to absorb and learn from others 👏 ... I hope one day we will see how Jodha has absorbed things from him as well

- Rahim's reappearance: It was cute as always and I always wonder that maybe he will read that ill-fated letter one day

- It reminded me of a prior interaction when Jodha-Jalal where Jalal had offered to teach her about his religion and teachings and Jodha had told him she would teach him the Gita ... The highlight of that scene was when Teda Jalal compared Jodha to a churi ... But looks like Jodha spent all her time teaching Rahim only 😆

By the way, why has Moti not been watering the tulsi plant? At least she remembered to say Pranam Shehenshah today. 😆

(5) Todarmal aala re aala: I am excited Todarmal will be entering which was my prediction for this track as well. Loved how Jalal recognized his loyalty and wanted to invite him to his court. And now, I can finally start my Todarmal fan club! 😳

Divya while the track has taken TE to greater heights, it has plunged Jodha to greater depths - that is all I have to say.

Havent seen the episode, but going by the LU,

Am very happy Todal Mal is back in the serial.

Setting aside the actor's good looks, this character instantly invokes respect and appreciation. I love it.

Was paridhi really on vacation or is it a rumor based on her minimal appearance.

No Jodha in today's episode nor in the pre-cap I heard.

Jalaal chanting Gayathri Mantram is a sight I would like to see.

He he, I wonder how many predictions will come true, and how they will come true. 😆

A few thing I liked was,

1. He changed his expression from a lost puppy back to a Shahenshah, while talking to Atgah Sahab. As if he reminded himself he was a Shahenshah and must control his emotions even in front of his ataliq.

2. His sword fight was great as always. But, the flash back was a genuine one instead of a recently shot one.

3. I loved his interaction with Rahim. However I didn't like his deduction, of Karmanya mantra, I wanted him to gain strength from it and say, he will concentrate on his duties as Shahenshah in Jodha's absense at least, but, instead we got a ghisa pita self-flagellation.

4. His perfect pronunciation of Gayatri Mantra, despite Rahim's cute inaccurate way of saying it was heartening. I was reminded of his birthday track, when he heard Jodha say the mantra and had asked the meaning.

A few observations,

1. Atgah mentioned Mirza's name for CA's role, but, Jalaal quickly dismissed it, and named Todarmal instead. Perhaps start of deterioration of their relationship?

2. Maham's loyalties are obviously to her own son first, today, when he stopped, she was more worried for his own life, than anything else.

3. Maham Maham Maham, what are you upto with your bundle of joy? This suspense is killing me.

4. Jodha was conspicuous by her absence today. But, better she be absent than unpleasant.

They have gone back to recycling the extras. One of the dude Jalaal was practicing sword-fighting was whom Anita had described as kum gum moustache in her post. 😆

Nice post. Please, keep those predictions coming. 😆👏

Nice analysis. Liked the episode. There was significant developments on the political front.

For me the most intriguing thing was the Maham incident in the cave. She had said that she would soon gain more power and prestige than before.

For me this means either a coup to unseat Jalal or the child in the cave is destined to inherit the empire. But how can that be if the child is not Jalal's, if the child is Jalal's why should Maham be happy, the child's identity has to be shown to the world to gain profit and if the child is Jalal's he will simply take it away from Maham so what does Maham gain here.

If the child related to Jalal and Maham is hoping for some kind of division of empire as Babar had asked of Humayun, then why has Jalal not divided his empire with Mirza Hakim.

A real mystery on hand.

I hope there is a logical solution for this. Nothing is more infuriating than an idiotic solution to the mystery and the CV's are experts on this.

After so many days I got time to post here early enough; otherwise, by the time I want to post something, almost everything has been said.

Anyways, back to today's epi:

I am very happy that MA has been stripped off powers. But, I still NEED all her conspiracies to be revealed- dhakka letter, shivani elopment and worst of all- RUQ's MC. Now, I am curios what is she planning in cave?

Second, Jalal practicing sword skills- always a delight but stupid internet connection kept pausing in between.so kinda ruined the scene for me

Third, Excited to know todarmal will be coming soon- really liked his character

Fourth, Always love to watch rahim especially with jodha and jalal. It was so sweet to c jalal and rahim reciting gayatri mantra and talking about their fav. person- jodha. And ya thank god, moti said pranam this time- i was so mad when she said aap shahenshah when he went to jodha's hojra. i was like r u kidding me?

Fifth, no jodha today but hoping tom. to c her remembering Jalal and moments spent together by them...I am hoping bec there was a dream of jalal then their so called fb of oiling hair so hoping some meaningful scenes...

I really want my Akdha to be together soon in Agra but at same time want Jodha to come for Jalal( and not for shivani or anyone else.)- if I have to wait more for this to happen then I will (as much as I don't like Akdha in separate places) but Jodha, come back for Jalal only. As long as it is shown to us that she came for jalal (maybe in self-talk) but if she wants to give stupid reason saying she came for ammijaan -so be it but would made me so much happy if she says to Jalal that she came back for him.ok enough of my ranting.😆

Adia, TE has definitely gone up to greater heights and we can appreciate and celebrate him for that ...

You know my sentiments very well on how Jodha has been handled in this track ... But today there was No Jodha so no comment on that.

I will like a repetitive record these days ... Where no one will listen to me, especially not the CVs.

We will just need to be happy with Jalal's choice and hope that one day Jodha shows the same degree of love on the screen.
