Seems like the same house which Tanveer burned down is being used again. Its either the property was bought over by Aahil's dad and restored the house or its a different property all together. However there seems to have some minor changes and the house has a more grand feeling to it now.

Since Sanam is coming back to this house as a cook, it would be interesting to see Sanam returning to the same house she had played with her twin and the same house that saw the death of her parents.

According to metromasti, link below, it's Sanam's parental home. I don't know where the Khans lived towards the end of the show whether it was SM or Khan villa.
