Extra Marital Affair (EMA) in shows!

Last night, for the first time I caught the clip of Shilpa Shetty with Richard Gere's. I learnt there is a case against that!

My question is why can't there be a case against Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna & the television shows that show extra marital affairs?

Aren't EMA's also wrong?

Shouldn't they NOT show it on Indian Television?

If kissing on the cheek in public is wrong, even Hrithik & Ash kiss in Dhoom 2 is wrong so is the topic of EMA!

Okay, EMA is not real in movies or shows, but still portraying it is also not the best thing in the world. There are so many young children, who watch the show, especially the kids brought up in US will feel it's natural in India!

I have no idea if it happens or it doesn't, but if we Indians cannot agree on kisses, then we should also have a stand against EMA's! They should be banned from movies & television shows!

Where are those "ppl" who brought up all about our Indian culture & stuff and made a case against Hrithik & Ash for the kiss in Dhoom 2? Why haven't they filed a case against EMA yet?
