I dont think Shikha has done anything wrong. What she did is nothing compared to what Aditya did to her. And she tried to defeat Aditya in court but she was not successful, so what other options did she have? Also, I don't think Aditya is in any position to complain in court about her, after what he did. And even if he did, the court would surely take into account the situation that Shikha was in.
